To sum it all up nothing was a problem. Very Professional, kind, helpful & welcoming staff under such difficult circumstances.
The head gardener is amazing to. My mum was a keen gardener herself, she will lay to rest there with my dad in our chosen Family garden. Thank you all so much.

We were looked after quietly with respect. A small funeral but i was pleased with the service.

Lovely peaceful and well maintained setting. Despite Covid restrictions in place, the modern facilities allowed for all the things the family wanted in terms of music, photos, videos during the service and the venue was accommodating in all requests, making a very difficult day go as smoothly as possible

What a beautifully peaceful and empty space. Perfect for reflection and the service for my Mother. Everything about the surroundings breathed 'calm' and quiet.

Such a sad and distressing time, the funeral service for my Mother in Law was well organised and went very smoothly. Everyone involved conducted themselves with dignity and respect which made the process more bearable for those of us who attended.

Despite the current restrictions due to COVID-19, the crematorium provided a sensitive & comprehensive service for my mother's funeral. The website was easy to use and the online streaming worked very well- everyone who would have liked to be present said it made them feel ad if they were.

I brought my mum to visit my dads resting place today, the first time since the pandemic started. The area is beautiful, its grown up so much since we were last here. My dad now sits surrounded by a beautiful meadow of wild flowers. The area itself is so peaceful. Beautiful job by the grounds keeper. Thank you

Very nice service and surroundings and venue lovely and peaceful for service

We were very happy with the whole experience at North Herts Memorial. The location of the crematorium and the facilities and staff were excellent. The day, although sad, was a perfect send off for my father and one that I know he would have appreciated.

The whole service was very personal and made what could have been a sad occasion, memorable for the celebration of the life of Joy Howes
