Very prompt to take your money and ship but when something goes wrong you might as well be engaging in a brick wall. I’ve sent 6 emails and keep getting the same basic standard shipping email. Doesn’t matter what I ask it’s till the same standard response. Also makes me suspicious of location as the responses are always in the late evening central time. Profits over customers, stay away!!!!!

Northline Labs are very prompt with shipping and once when I had a problem they were quick to correct the issue. My only slight complaint is that the vial packaging sometimes is not of a very high quality and can come loose causing an air leak.

Placing my 3rd large order with Northline Labs, I’ll stay with them from here on out. I’ve been on GLPs for 3 years, taking it low and slow…mostly because I’ve hopped around looking for a reliable, quality supplier. Nothing has put my weight loss into full speed like Northline’s product. I’ve lost the same in 6 months with this company that I lost on 20 months with 4 other suppliers. And I’m still losing at half the dose I was using with my last supplier, I’ve had to scale back so I don’t lose too quickly. Shipping is quick and customer service is spot on. SO happy I don’t have to keep looking for better, this is it!

The vials were not crimped correctly, when I was trying to pop the seal the entire top came off. Sent email to notify Northline but I never recieved any reply.
