Highly unprofessional experience
I have a Zanussi oven that gave out. I booked an appointment with North London Home Appliance on their website. A technician came out, diagnosed the issue as a heating element not working, charged me 75 pounds, promised to order the part and call me back. After a few days I called to see if they had the part but was told it’d be a few more days and they’d call me. Another two weeks later I finally got a (missed) call from them. When I called back the same number a man answered, said that he had bad connection and hung up. I called again a few hours later and left a message. Nothing. Called again and the same man replied. When I attempted to explain who I was he barked at me “how did you get this number”. When I said I was returning their call and tried to explain the situation he said “call the main number, don’t call this number again” and hung up. I was in fact calling the main number listed on the website. I finally attempted to contact them by email, directly and through the website form and never heard back. Extremely unprofessional and rude behavior. Ultimately I went with Respond Services who came out once, had the part, and fixed the oven. Of course I still wasted 75 pounds on this firm that couldn’t even be bothered with basic manners.
