Item cannot be returned due to faulty return process

The quality of product is good, but return process seems like a scam.
I ordered 3 pieces and just needed to return one.
On the website is it very difficult to find the right info. Once I managed to get and print out the form, I went to DHL with the package but they cannot take it as airway bill is missing (unless I pay all myself). I went again to the website, tried to chatbot (no info returned), then I wrote an email asking for the correct procedure and got NO answer since.
65 eur of item cannot be returned!
