Mattresses (I have two) did not leak--if I got the deflation plug inserted all the way. My bad. Very comfortable. Not sure about the R4 rating. I have a Thermarest inflatable with an R3.5 rating that seems warmer. But it's not nearly as thick. The foot inflator takes a while, and I'm an impatient person. I bought one of Northpeak's inflator pumps, which worked GREAT! All in all, I'm very happy. I can't rate the long-term durability yet, but my impression is that the mattress is well made. I suspect that if there is ever a leak, it will be at one of the two inflate/deflate plugs.

The sleeping pad is great. It’s long enough to reach from my head to my heels, and gives lots of comfortable support.
The built-in foot pump makes inflation quick and easy, and delating the pad was quick too.

Exactly as described and nicely compact for biking trips
The air beds we ordered arrived very quickly considering the distance of the supplier. We have inflated one to test this and are absolutely amazed at the comfort of them cosidering the size! It packes to a small package again once deflated and is going to be ideal for our upcoming trip on our motorbike 😊👍 Superb!! And even got one each in Harley Davidson colours too 😀🧡🖤

Most comfortable compact camping pad Ive ever had. The built in foot pump is fantastic. Made it so easy to pack light and set up quickly and easily. Held my plus size body really well and comfortably and was much quieter than most pads when I rolled over.

Bought this to go in my van for a guest that’s coming in July. Although I haven’t used it in the van yet, I pumped it up in the spare room to see if it would stay up. Found the foot pump very handy once I knew you had to plug up the release valve underneath 🤭, it pumped up pretty quick too. I have a thin foam mattress to go on top for my friend and yes it’s certainly comfy. And did seem to stay up for more than a week or so without anyone on it. But did lose air over that time but could be pumped up again. So far so good. Well done north peak

Comfy and silent
The mattress is comfortable and truly silent, if you put a blanket on it. The only problem is the in-built pump is small, it takes a lot of time to inflate it with that, but 2 minutes with a normal pump. Also good for children.

I was a bit nervous about spending so…
I was a bit nervous about spending so much money on a product I wasnt able to test in person, but Im so happy with this. Its light, packs up super small and is very comfortable when you find the right air pressure for you. The foot pump is great snd it usually takes me less than 6 minutes to inflate. Shipping is a little long, about 2 1/2 weeks, but certainly not bad. The mattress didnt initially arrive with the inflatable pillow that came with the promo when I made my purchase, but customer service was fantastic and the pillow arrived in 6 days. My only complaint is that the head rest of the mattress is a little too high to be comfortable, but its not really a big downgrade to me, especially considering the other perks. I cant speak for its long term endurance just yet as Ive only taken it on two trips, but Im so happy with it, it really makes free camping so much more enjoyable.

I am leaving on a 150 mile AT trek
I am leaving on a 150 mile trek on the Appalachian Trail. THE GOOD :
Weight matters. I am very impressed with compact size and weight of of the mattress. I inflated it at home by using the built-in foot pump. 245 pumps to make so I don't hit the ground (I'm 155lbs) while turning on my side. The length is about 4 inches shorter than the one-man tent floor. The NOT SO GOOD: After my first 12 mile day I was almost too exhausted to inflate it. I resorted to blowing air in the deflating plug until it was almost there, then I fined tuned it with the foot pump. The Bad: It does lose air. I had to add air at 1AM and at 4AM, however. It was so cold at 4AM, I didn't bother because of the tight space of my ultralight 1 man tent, I'd have to get outside to add air with the foot pump. If you moved the exhaust port to the head instead of underside of foot, one could stay warm while blowing it up to comfort level manually. It also is very much like a pool float as there are no baffles, insulation or connection points inside. I assume to reduce weight. It does sleep cold and I have a down bag.
I think it is an average sleeping pad and suited for summertime not early Spring and certainly not winter. The price was cheaper than others but I don't know that I will use it again. My options were inflate it hard and hope it won't be too bad too sleep to compensate the bleeding air or re-inflate through the night to stay off hitting the ground. The commercial for this item shows it won't pop when a truck rolls over it. Neither will a under inflated party balloon.

As I lay on the floor wheezing …
As I lay on the floor wheezing like an asthmatic Yak having just tried to manually blow up my new camping mat I knew I had made a mistake in not ordering the pump at the same time!
Order placed and within a few weeks it arrived. Small and mighty like a dwarf on roids it packs a punch and now I can inflate the mat in seconds.
I have also inflated a beach ball and I don’t even live near a beach!!!
The uses are endless!!
It also has a torch which is handy for those late night Jazz Mag browsing without disturbing the slumbering wife.

Not the clothing company
Haven't had the chance to test the gear yet. (Off season)
The packaging looked very cheap. When I saw it, I immediately thought I had accidentally ordered a product from Temu / AliExpress.
The company name is almost identical to the english company North Peak, a company that makes outdoor clothing.
The logo is also almost the same.
The price was low, compared to more known brands..
I will keep my expectations low..
1-star because I feel tricked.
If the gear is as good as advertised, I will change the rating.

Delivery wasn't fast, but the items arrived in two separate packages. The mattress works well I was surprised by the built-in pump, which works reliably if you forget your electric pump. The mattress is a reasonable weight, and I hope it will last a long time.

Good callout on the split delivery too — that’s actually because the electric pump contains a battery, so it can’t be shipped in the same package as the mattress due to shipping regulations. That’s why they arrive separately.
