Quick delivery, good quality and good price

It's a dropshipped product from China. You can literally find the same product on AliExpress and other Chinese sites. They aren't charging exorbitant markups (200% compared to AliExpress but they probably buy them cheaper) and have decent returns from what Ive seen but it's still not designed or creatively changed product. They just do Marketing for the product.

Skeptical at first, but I actually was able to sleep well on it!

I bought Northgear for a Christmas present for my son-in-law. He requested Northgear so that is what I got! My rating is not for the gear, because I have not used it personally, however my rating is solely for the company's professionalism and ease to work with! We paid extra for expedited shipping and it did not arrive on time. Understandable since it was around Christmas however, when I requested an update on the shipping, I got an immediate response that was so kind and professional. They refunded the extra I paid and tracked the order until arrival. I am impressed. 👍🏼 Don't hesitate ordering from this company. They have a good product (according to my SIL) and they are the real deal!

After waiting for the for a while it did finally get here in time for Christmas as it’s for my son. Looks great… inflation is good… have not had a chance to test it outside yet. That’s happening soon. Will give new update after it’s been used and abused by my son.

Great product, communication for delivery! Hoping for a cheaper price but the quality is amazing.

Delivery was so slow, but it was Christmas so maybe that explains it. Customer Service is very prompt and helpful. I bought this for extra support/padding for my sore back when sleeping on beds away from home. Tried it once so far and it was too stiff (even after deflating a little), so I need to experiment with the fill level for more softness. The integrated pillow is not helpful for my neck, but I will try turning that end to my feet. I put the pad under a sheet and still felt the rustling and cold. The foot pump took a minute to figure out the trick, then it filled quickly.

The item took two weeks to arrive - I wasn't in a rush. The mat pumped up fairly easy. It is rather large so I would like to see an option of two sizes. I probably will use it car camping. Trialing it at home, it was comfortable including being on my side. I will need to test it out in cold weather.

They seem tough and we love the width. However, they do seem heavier than we'd anticipated and we definitely purchased them for the silent selling point and they are very rustly like most sleeping mats are. They foot pump definitely takes a while, longer than advertised. But great width and I like the fact you can popper them together.c

This mattress lives up to everything they spruik in the ad. It is comfortable, no squeaking and folds back to its compact size again. Love it.

I sleep on it a few nights a week every week at the moment.
I’m 120 kgs. and it definitely serves its purpose. I’m a side sleeper and I am over the moon with it. Would definitely recommend it to anyone wanting a top quality product and a beautiful sleep. The best air mattress I’ve ever had.

Truly awesome! I’m a woodsman/bushcrafter that will sometimes hike several kilometers/miles to find the perfect spot. Or make a new camp. I always had concerns about my sleeping pad losing air or getting damaged. Not now. This is soo comfortable and durable. I have given up my more expensive pads for this one. So much so that when a higher R value is needed, I give up my R6.6 for this R4 and just added a closed cell for the extra R value only. I trust this will last me. Oh did I mention it’s comfortable and supportive! Great job guys.

Bought as a Christmas present for our son & girlfriend, communication from the company was excellent & items arrived on time.
Christmas was done early so, they have opened them & love them,really comfy, easy to set up & the pillows are very comfy. They cannot wait to go camping.

Product arrived in good time. Kids used them for camping and were able to pump them up themselves. Brilliant

The built-in foot pump took for ever and it may have been easier to inflate the mattress manually. Otherwise. Once inflated it seems firm and robust but not the 'game changer' it is made out to be.

I haven't traveled with it yet, but I have pumped it up and took a nap on it on my kitchen floor and it was easy to pump up, the size is great, and it was comfy to nap on. I'm hoping it will be great to sleep on in the Hostels I will be visiting next month.
