Mission 70 rebuild
Bought the kit for a pair of Mission 70 speakers and was delighted with the surrounds and glue. The glue goes off within in an hour so speakers were back up and running within 3 hours. I have rebuilt several speakers in the past and this kit is the best I have used and great value.

Great products, fast despatch, free UK postage
I bought a kit to repair two 8" speakers, where the original foam (surrounding the cones) had disintegrated.
The kit contained everything needed for the repair, with good, clear, instructions, plus online support, at a very reasonable price (including free UK postage).
Recommended.

Bad customer service

Sent incorrect items, poor/ non existent communication
Received speaker surrounds in different size than ordered one. Contacted seller by email but no reply. Few days later I tried chat option on sellers website. After few hours l got chat reply and confirmation that packer sent me wrong parts. Surprisingly seller asked me if I wanted correct parts. (Surely I wouldn't contact them otherwise?)
I replied "yes please" and said I will be happy to send back incorrect surrounds if they include postage label. Week later, no communication, no replacement surrounds, just silence. Few days ago tried website chat again.. no reply at all this time, been completely ghosted.
