I needed another tuning head for my bass and it was inexpensive, nicely a standard size so no messing about having to drill into the guitar/whatever and the part came very promptly so I was able to get my guitar fixed very quickly and a lot less expensively than I had first thought, thank you very much, people

Cannot give a product review at the moment as I am not yet ready to paint my guitar. However, if the paint lives up to the great advice from customer service and speedy delivery of my order, only I can mess things up now! I'll post a further review when I've completed the project.

I bought a strat replacement neck from North West Guitars last year and was very happy with it and the service . My recent purchase is a pre -wired HSS strat scratchplate with alnico V pickups. Even though the pickups seem to be unnamed they sound as good as pickups three times the price. One slight critiscism is teh 5 way switch seems a little taller than normal. I'll get used to it or it could be filed down. A great shop.

I’ve been using Nortwest Guitars for over a year now. Their product catalogue is impressively large and covers a wide range of price points. I’ve come to rely upon their paint products. Only once have not had the product in stock when I looked however there’s a facility for them you alert you when it’s back in stock. This they did and I didn’t have to wait too long. They let you know when your purchases have been processed, and when it’s out for delivery to you. Really reliable and that’s why I’ll keep using them.

Superb, I bought a new neck for a strat, it arrived within a few short days, as well packed as you'd expect from a top quality company and after fitting, it is perfect, seriously good quality. I would not hesitate to buy again, I've never been disappointed by NWG service in the two or three times i've used them.

The part I required was easy to find on the Northwest site and ordering was very straightforward too.
Given the low price I was very surprised when I saw and felt the quality of the plate which was delivered very promptly and in perfect condition.
