Northwest are one of the first places I look when I need bits and bobs for whichever crazy project I'm working on, and they usually have it. I've always had prompt service and stuff on the whole arrives pretty quickly, certainly quickly enough for me, often same day despatch (or next day, if I've been parts shopping at 11pm!).

I've read some of the 1 star reviews and most of it seems to be user error - before you blame the vendor, do your damn research! How come the vast majority of reviews on here are positive? Because you're wrong. Wah! My neck didn't fit in the body I bought. Welcome to project building! Make it fit!

I recieved a nice painted gold strat-body. It was Quick, and good packed. I can not really see why I should pay 3 times the price to got another brand tag in the neck pocket. I wish that they had options with finished trem-drilled bodies for sale, thou.

Good product at a decent price with prompt service.

A 43mm precut bone nut for acoustic. String spacing excellent. I expected to have to do the usual filing, but it fitted perfectly first time. Never happened before. Quality item. Fast efficient service.

I have used northwest guitars a few times now to buy paints, parts and accessories.
