I ordered desember the 14. and I received my order 2 weeks after christmas. I did not know it was sent from Hongkong, so I really understand it took so long time- before christmas as well. When I sent e mail with question about the delivery I quicky got nice answers.

Needed to contact customer service for details regarding personalization of an item. No fields nor options to add that during check-out. However: Customer service respond faster than any other customer service I have _ever_ encounterted!

It was supposed to be a Christmas gift. I was not aware of the long delivery as it was not shipped from Norway, but China. The product did match the expectations tho. Hope the quality is as good as the design. ☺️🤞🏼
