Absolute diamond
I was doing some research in my local area trying to skip huge corporate firms as i've had a couple of nightmare experiences recently. I stumbled across Norwich Home Buyers. Put my enquiry in and my asking price, Matt contacted me the same day and had a cash offer on the table that same evening at 10pm. It was only a tad under my asking price, and as for for the convenience of him sorting out the legal fees, paperwork , whole sale from end to end - I lowered my price a tiny fraction to make it work. I was a tiny bit apprehensive at first, but everything went so smoothly and the rest, as they say, is history. Absolute diamond.
