Lovely people to deal with Lewis was fantastic who sold us the van, and we had a small issue where we put the wrong fuel in the vehicle and Steve in aftersales still fixed the vehicle free of charge under their 3 month in house dealer warranty. We were amazed they didn’t charge us.

Fantastic customer service in the sales and also in the aftersales department and we fully recommend them.

Recently purchased a 2008 From there sister company Norwich Car Store, while I was there looked at a lovely Peugeot Partner and decided to buy that as well, Can't thank Gareth enough and the Team at Norwich Van Centre/Norwich Car Store would highly recommend.

i have bought a van from norwich van centre, I am extremely impressed with the quality of my van and service from the staff.

If your looking to buy a car or van from Norwich van centre then be very CAREFUL I purchase a van from them months ago now and the van was as described and ok considering I was only able to view it on a video because of covid and down to it being a 3 hour drive a 6 hour round trip I trusted them and like I said the van was fine and as described and as it looked when I had it delivered. The issue came when after only a month or so after having it I had a coolant leak so I emailed them as I had a 3 month warranty on the van and after weeks of not hearing anything I then rang them direct and the chap that answered apologised and said he would look into it this was over a month ago and I’ve heard nothing again so very poor after sales. I have now had to get my van booked in with a garage to have it repaired and it’s not going to be cheap from my own pocket after spending £15000 with them and they can’t be bothered to get back to me it’s so disappointing and I suppose they would only make excuses up anyway being as I’m so far from them and unable to get it there as I’m disabled. So please be aware of your warranty when buying from Norwich van centre as it’s clear they want nothing to do with after sales at all
