"I struggle with plantar fasciitis

"I struggle with plantar fasciitis, so I'm always cautious when buying shoes, but the Elise pair have been great . They feel supportive without looking overly practical, which I appreciate. I can actually wear them all day."

The Bonnie shoes are incredibly…

The Bonnie shoes are incredibly lightweight and easy to walk in. I’ve worn them on long city walks and my feet still felt comfortable by the end of the day, which is rare for me. Really pleased with them.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

I ordered a dress which was originally priced at £100 and was in the sale for £40.00. The dress arrived after 10 days via China which I wasn't aware it was getting shipped internationally. It arrived squashed, was of poor material and quality even though it was advertised as this luxurious dress. When I contacted Norwood London for a refund I was informed there was a £20 - £30 cost of the return postage back to China which is absolutely disgraceful. Therefore I would be getting £9.99 back for a dress I paid £39.99 which probably cost pennies to make. Do not purchase anything from this company or you'll have the same issue I have.

Disappointed

I received a pair of trainers which were quite nice but the wrong size. I had ordered a size 5 but received a size 39 which is a 6 and is too big. Very disappointed in the reply, in that they said the size matched the length I had ordered which it clearly didn't and if I wanted to return them I'd have to pay between £20-30 and it would take up to 30 days to get a refund. Very unsatisfactory answer and not woth the hassle!

We are sorry to read your review, but we do feel it is important to clarify the facts.

Your order was delivered, and the tracking was available throughout the shipment process via our website. You also received email updates regarding the status of your parcel.

Once the order had arrived, you informed us that the sizing was not right. To resolve this, we sent you a replacement pair free of charge, and we did not ask you to return the other pair before doing so.

We also stayed in contact with you by email and explained the reason for the shipping delay. On top of that, we provided you with a £5 compensation as a goodwill gesture for the inconvenience.

For this reason, we do not believe it is fair to describe this as a scam, as we clearly delivered the order, communicated with you, and offered both support and compensation.

Beware of buying something from this…

Beware of buying something from this company!!!!!
The products of the online store looks lovely and attractive- but they send you similar items , very poor quality, without a brand new label, thrown in poor zip bags.
The products they are sending are poorly and looks awful! When I want to return and ask for refund they are not agree to give you the full refund and ask you to return it to China - and the shipping cost is £30 - £40
Beware! Stay all aware of this company!!!

Don't buy its scam

I purchased a coat thinking it was a company in the UK. I realised the company was in China when checking tracking. The item is not as described, fabric and fit not good. I asked for my money back and was told postage to return would cost £25-£30 I could have 20% refund on my purchase if I kept the item or have store credit of £35. As item I purchased is not what was advertised. Also they say full 30day refund but that was not what I was offered
