Really pleased with the Lacey sneakers. They feel supportive and well made, but not toochunky or heavy. For the price, I think they’re excellent.

The Cassia dress is one of those easy pieces you can just throw on and still feel puttogether. It’s flattering, lightweight and packed really well for holiday without creasing toomuch. I’m very happy with it.

I ordered the Mia trainers in beige and the colour goes with nearly everything. They werecomfortable straight away and didn’t need any breaking in. I’ve been reaching for themalmost every day.

The Bonnie shoes are incredibly lightweight and easy to walk in. I’ve worn them on long city walks and my feet still felt comfortable by the end of the day, which is rare for me. Really pleased with them.

I ordered a dress which was originally priced at £100 and was in the sale for £40.00. The dress arrived after 10 days via China which I wasn't aware it was getting shipped internationally. It arrived squashed, was of poor material and quality even though it was advertised as this luxurious dress. When I contacted Norwood London for a refund I was informed there was a £20 - £30 cost of the return postage back to China which is absolutely disgraceful. Therefore I would be getting £9.99 back for a dress I paid £39.99 which probably cost pennies to make. Do not purchase anything from this company or you'll have the same issue I have.

I received a pair of trainers which were quite nice but the wrong size. I had ordered a size 5 but received a size 39 which is a 6 and is too big. Very disappointed in the reply, in that they said the size matched the length I had ordered which it clearly didn't and if I wanted to return them I'd have to pay between £20-30 and it would take up to 30 days to get a refund. Very unsatisfactory answer and not woth the hassle!

I bought the Cassia dress for a holiday and ended up wearing it loads. It’s light, comfortable and very flattering without being too clingy. I had quite a few compliments when I wore it out

The Mia trainers are brilliant for long days on my feet. Cushioned, stable and they look modern rather than “medical” like most comfort shoes.

I was sceptical at first but the Bonnie trainers are fantastic. Very breathable and surprisingly elegant with dresses and jeans.

Bought the Elise orthopaedic shoes for everyday wear and I’m impressed. Great support and my knees don’t ache as much after walking. Will definitely order another pair.

The Lacey Orthopedic Sneakers look even better in person. I wanted something stylish but practical for work and these are perfect. No breaking-in needed at all.

Still waiting for the correct size trainers to arrive but so far there has been adequate responses. Will update when item arrives

Beware of buying something from this company!!!!!
The products of the online store looks lovely and attractive- but they send you similar items , very poor quality, without a brand new label, thrown in poor zip bags.
The products they are sending are poorly and looks awful! When I want to return and ask for refund they are not agree to give you the full refund and ask you to return it to China - and the shipping cost is £30 - £40
Beware! Stay all aware of this company!!!

I purchased a coat thinking it was a company in the UK. I realised the company was in China when checking tracking. The item is not as described, fabric and fit not good. I asked for my money back and was told postage to return would cost £25-£30 I could have 20% refund on my purchase if I kept the item or have store credit of £35. As item I purchased is not what was advertised. Also they say full 30day refund but that was not what I was offered
