Never got my purchase. Ordered the carnival Arsenal top as a present and it never came. When I emailed after a week of ordering I was told to wait longer for it to be dispatched. Emailed back to ask how long that will take and they never replied. Had to dispute the purchase through Clearpay and was given my money back since even Clearpay couldn’t get through to them

The crease protectors don’t work, they just force you to walk flat footed, if you try to walk normally the crease protectors fold

anyone who got scammed from the £1 drop please go and report this to the trading agency as it is clearly stated that you should do this on the website
You should report a business to Trading Standards if they sold you something:

unsafe or dangerous, like an electronic appliance with faulty wiring or food past its use-by date

fake

not as described - for example, you bought a package holiday but something advertised wasn’t included

you didn’t want to buy - for example, they put pressure on you

for this case it would be not as described as we were led to believe that we were either recieving a moncler or a cloud puffa (which isnt even theirs and if i really wanted to i could leak where they get it from and you could get it for a fraction of the price) through several tiktoks and live videos on instagram and tiktok please do take action they legally cannot get away wih this

Decided to make an order and make my own mind up instead of relying on reviews. Wasn't disappointed. Received Trapstar hoodie with no issues, quick delivery. Will buy again!

Total scam. £1 drop for a Montcler or Cloud Puffa jacket. Kids get given 10 codes, initial attempts don't work, to build the excitement, then suddenly, they win!
£2.99 paid and jacket allegedly being delivered.

Only, they sent out a USB instead with a video saying 'you've been pranked, those ppl who went for the Montcler get a boring old refund, but those who went for the Cloud get the chance to meet us in Soho at 11am tomorrow!".
Umm...grooming much.
Kids being lured with the promise of Trapstar tracksuits for free by adult males from the back of a van?
This is grooming teenage boys and I'm going to report it to the police.
I expect a refund or the jacket.
My kid isn't travelling to London to meet some men in a van and I urge you all to report it to the police as well.

I won a £1 drop for a puffa and they sent a usb so if I spend £1 and get F all what makes you think I’d get anything if I bought like a trapstar jacket stay away from them they are scammers

Won a cloud puffa from the one pound drop never received, gave a usb stick instead scammers. Never buy from these people

I ordered a moncler jacket through the £1 drop and its been 5 days and everyone's saying they received a usb rather than the actual product. It's a scam and I'm confused why they would do something like this if they are actually not going to give the jackets. Don't buy from here guys.

False advertisement £1 drop

Purchased a cloud puffa for £1 but received some dodgy USB stick, false advertisement report it to Trading Standards.

I only got part of my order (#42388) and have emailed support 3 times - I have had no response !

I Ordered on 2nd October & still haven’t received my parcel. I’ve Emailed & contacted them through the Chat on their Website but have only received an Automated response. This was a gift for my Son’s Birthday. The only notification I’ve received is from DPD stating they are still waiting for my parcel.
