You or ( DPD UK) are Not able to deliver to germany. My two orders haven‘t Even left Great britain, I live in germany (all payed). DPD UK is unable to Hand over the Goods to DPD Germany. Instead, the goods are shipped somewhere in London and then sent back. That is intolerable. I‘m verry Angry.
Two years ago, the goods wäre shipped via royal mail. They also arrived to my address. Strange, DPD can‘t manage that.

Communication with this company was always quick and efficient , delivery was on time and we was even given approx time to expect it my son was so happy when he got his tracksuit fits great and was a great price also. Thank you

I placed an order (#33272) over a year ago for a £300 jacket, and I never received it. Their site still says we are preparing your order! Despite multiple attempts to contact them via email and messages, they have completely ignored me.

This company is taking people’s money without delivering the products and refusing to respond to complaints. My bank was unable to help due to the time that has passed, meaning I have been left out of pocket.

⚠️ DO NOT trust this business. If you’re considering ordering from them, think twice—you might never receive your item or your money back.

I am now reporting them to Trading Standards & Action Fraud UK and will be taking legal action. If you’ve also been scammed, I suggest you do the same! actionfraud.police.uk

I ordered a refurbished black nike tech fleece hoodie and it said it would take 3-5 work days it's been 2 and a half weeks and it still hasn't came yet hopefully it comes soon and it didn't give me a tracking number so I couldn't check where my order was

I seen a product and it was cheap for its value so i bought it, they said the delivery is going to take 5-7 work days but it took 11 work dayt to arrive. I payed 30 GBP for shipping and taxes only which is almost the price of the thing i ordered. The product was prefect, i have no problems with that but the shipping is very bad.

Paid for express delivery twice, item showed up two weeks later - so a late Christmas present and birthday present. Emailed several times for refund on shipping and never got a reply.

The worst company ever. They completely ignore the request refund. I want to return this “expertly refurbished” tech fleece because I thought it would come in good condition however it came in ripped and stains. Absolutely shocking. And they are ignoring my request funds.

Order took quite a while to arrive, but was too small, have emailed numerous times to sort refund/return but NO REPLY, would not recommend atall

They give you a fake tracking number. your probably wondering if you order is coming. NO IT IS NOT. these guys have some sort of system where they can give a tracking number without even posting the actual item you ordered. tried cancelling and they said order has already been processed hence i waited a month and still hadnt come.

Ordered a hoodie Friday 7th and it arrived Friday 14th and provided tracking which was good. item was perfect

Don't order from this company twice I've ordered first time a £300 trapstar tracksuit for the trapstar letters to fall off they never sorted it out my son wanted to order again I was sceptical but my son wanted to so again a £300 nike tech for them to send a different nike tech that only cost 150 and again they never sorted this out so we basically lost out on £600 worth of clothes and the company just ignore you im going to put reviews about this company where ever I can and let everyone know there untrustworthy

The worst site ever.I order a pair of pants a mouth ago a it says that now it s leaving the uk.At this point I’ve just lost my money.This is unaceptable.

no goods sent, they don’t reply to emails, I have sent many over the last month! no customer service, absolute shambles of a company.

Avoid this company. When something is wrong with a item they completely ignore the returns request, leaving you no option but to do a charge back with the bank, it's time and hassle I could have done without and all they had to do was sort the return out.
It seems a common problem and I wish I'd seen the reviews before ordering

First Order: they cancelled it unilaterally some weeks after the purchase.
Second Order: We paid around 80 eur for a hoodie and when it arrived to Poland they charged 50 euros more.
CHEATERS.

I have a good experience with this store.
I have ordered from them 4 times.
Mostly their own brand.
Which i think is the best brand with the best quality!
They answer my emails and fix if there is a problem, from my own experience.
I am very satisfied with the products and will shop more from this store.
