Really wish I read the reviews before buying from this company. I bought a £150 tracksuit for my son's Christmas present on the 29th November and it's still not been delivered. No response from any of my emails or messages. I'm absolutely gutted because now I can't afford to buy anything else for my son's Christmas present. Poor customer service

My wife ordered a trap star tracksuit on the 22nd November, payment was taken and delivery slot of 5 to 7 business days, no sign of the tracksuit and no correspondence whatsoever, my daughter of 15 saved up to buy her boyfriend a tracksuit costing £199 for Xmas, she’s heartbroken as we haven’t received anything and they haven’t been in contact since, we have messaged over and over again with no reply. If anyone from the business happens to see this review, please can you respond

I had my doubts having never heard of this company before but even after reading the negative reviews I was happy there was nothing malicious going on.

And I’m delighted to have made the choice. I got a pair of Nike Air Max 97 (Triple White) size 10s for a great price and they arrived within 3-5 working days, in perfect condition, securely packaged in a bigger outer box and delivered with care.

The only negative I would say is the communication. After receiving the initial confirmation email, I had no idea if the order was in-transit or delayed etc. until the parcel arrived at my door. However, I got exactly what I paid for within the expected timescale and I’m happy to recommend No Sauce The Plug to everyone.

Been waiting for a jacket for 3 weeks and now they have cancelled the order due to lack of stock

Where's my order? Tried to reach out 5 times and don't even bother replying little scums. Literally ordered it 3 weeks ago was supposed to come 2 weeks ago and saying its not even been shipped to royal mail yet

I ordered a tracksuit and a jacket, on the website it says that in maximum 7 business days it arrives, the tracksuit arrived after 20 business days! And After that they sent me a invalid tracking code! I wrote them an email 7 days ago about it, until now I have no response and I don’t know where my jacket is after 31 business days!! Never ever ordering from this website again, I recommend you don’t also!!!

Ordered a tracksuit over 3 weeks ago. no one is responding to my messages or emails. I have not received my order. Tried to request a refund and haven't receive anything from the company. The chat bot, Just keeps saying my order has been confirmed. Delivery was advertised as 3-5 days. I'm now having to open a dispute with my bank to get my money back.

I have order on black Friday from Canada however they cancelled my order and hasn’t refund my payment yet and I don’t know how to contact them

I have tried ordering track suits twice for my son for his birthday from this site and each time they have taken my money and within 2 weeks I have then been told there is no stock and await a refund within another 10 days. I will not be ordering from there again.

Need to return my son’s tracksuit.

Ordered a tracksuit from here. Was a little worried after reading some negative reviews but tracksuit arrived promptly, great price and quality. Would definitely order from here again.

Ordered Carsicko Signature Joggers as a present. Should have been shipped within 2days but no movement on the order in 7days. Worse no one replies to your emails so you get no update as why the delay or when they might be shipped. Can only assume they say they have items in stock when they don’t. Doubt they will be No1 streetwear seller for long!!

Quick and well made good products will order again from the site

Delay on order so it would have been nice to be warned about this, but I did receive a reply to my email, and trainers arrived soon after

I’ve ordered a syna world skull cap and it’s just arrived by dpd thank you so much my dpd delivered it in good care and at first i thought it wasn’t gonna arrive as i read the reviews and theres quite a few bad ones but i hoped and prayed it was gonna arrive and im so happy that it did thank you so much ❤️☺️😊 and i ordered it on 23rd so it took 4 days to come which isn’t that bad i’ve had worse so im so happy it arrived
