I ordered a Penguin hood and Penguin Tee shirt for my daughter's birthday April 1st. I wasn't sure if they would get here in time, but I received them in the mail yesterday, 3/29/'21. Very disappointed with the service of this company. I ordered a shirt 4 weeks ago. It said it would ship in about 10 days. Now, 4 weeks later, I still have not received the shirt. The tracking said it was shipped Via DHL. Then it was noted that it was handed off to the USPS for delivery. USPS tracking said it was waiting to receive it. As of today (4 weeks later), it finally says it will be delivered in 1 week from now (even though it is less than 30 miles away from me). It was shipped from Texas to Southern CA. It should not take 3 weeks to travel that far! I learned my lesson, this company is a disappointment! I don't care how good the shirt is, when it arrives. Too late to give as a gift. I tried communicating via their site and all I got was automated responses to my claim saying they shipped it. VERY DISAPPOINTED!

I receive my t-shirt fast and just as described. I love it.

I received my order today of a hoodie and shirt. I am so dissappointed as these were a gift. The quality is horrendous. All around the pictures there is a big amount of what looks like glue residue on both. They look like old rags and are actually unwearable. I cant now give these as a gift and will have to throw them in the bin!!!

For a woman who loves giraffes this is a perfect shirt!
The colors are beautiful, the quality and the size of the shirt are right on.
