Cannot rate Nosh & Tan higher.
Nosh balls have been a staple in my house for a number of years.
My eldest daughter & I love them.
They are moorish.
They are a real taste of goodness & something to fall back on when we need a boost of a good snack.
They also help to keep me on track if I’m trying to do better with my diet.
They are full of goodness & take the edge off of cravings.
Tan is super lovely. She even helped me to have a go at making some myself before, with her recipe & advice.
It just proved how good hers are & how good value they are.
Getting all of the ingredients & time/effort to create them was immense.
My attempt was also nowhere near as good as hers.
Her fab flavours keep on coming too.
Just had a four box order of a favourite which was fab.

The Nosh energy balls that Tan makes are soooo good! They are the best snack - full of good stuff and taste phenomenal! Tan is so lovely to deal with too.

I love having Nosh balls as my go-to snack. Super tasty and healthy. I’ve just received Mexican Hot Chocolate and they might just be my new favourite flavour!

So delicious. I put them in the freezer as I was tempted to eat far too many at once. Even shared them with the family albeit reluctantly.

Love these balls! I really buy them for my husband who is incredibly careful about what he eats with very limited sugar, and these fit him perfectly as they are flavourful, not too sweet and packed with nutrients and the right amount of energy for a pick-me-up. Think we’ve had about 6 different flavours now, and he’s loving this month’s special of chilli chocolate as the heat really works for his tastebuds. We will be back!

Delicious!! On my 4th different flavour and now my husband's started stealing them so going to have to double up on ordering... I keep them in the freezer so I can grab one whenever I need a healthy little lift. Thoroughly recommended! Thank you 🙂

Red Velvet!
I don't know how she does it but it tasted just like red velvet but with no sugar and no nasties - my children loved them - especially the notoriously fussy toddler! Delicious, filling and perfect with a cup of tea. What more could you want!

I absolutely love my Nosh balls. They are my daily afternoon go too and have taken sugary snacks out of the picture and i've seen a real difference. They're delicious, healthy and perfectly sized.
