I had a really weird experience here. Signed up last week and won a petty 150 bucks on baccarat. When I tried to cash out they asked for a selfie holding my ID and a newspaper which felt a bit extreme but whatever I did it. Then they said the quality wasn't good enough so I had to do it again. Took three attempts to satisfy their security team. Finally got the money but I don't think I'll be depositing again because the whole process was just too stressful and invasive for such a small amount of money. The games themselves were fun and loaded fast but customer service was incredibly rude and impatient when I asked why they needed so many photos.
