I applied for help getting our house on the market. This was an easy, quick experience. I received my money quickly and was able to schedule my work which will get our home on the market quicker than expected. I would recommend this for anyone who needs to get work done on your home so it can be listed quicker.

Great experience on my end. But...
Great experience on my end. Very easy to pay contractors just take a picture of the invoices and its taken care only thing I wish there was a way to take out another loan. With the winter I have had my pipes burst in my garage which after repairing everything took,a large chunk out of my loan. It's not like there not going to get repayed when my house sells. Beside that overall a good experience.
