Highly recommend NOTARY.CO.UK for international graduates. I needed my MBA diploma apostilled from Hong Kong. The service was professional and fast. A big plus for overseas clients is that the service is VAT-free (UK tax exempt), which saved me some costs. Documents were sent via DHL Express with clear tracking.
