RUN...DO NOT WALK! I have had 8 loans with this company…

I have had 8 loans with this company and up until the last month, I had no issues. 2 weeks ago after paying my loan in full and re- applying for an advance was told that since my new bank account only showed the last 3 pay periods that my loan could not be granted, this is despite providing months of bank statements and paystubs to prove my employer had not changed they wouldn't budge. I was told to wait until today when my pay gets deposited and I would have 4 payroll deposits. I waited, applied today and was told that even though I connected my bank and it shows my payroll deposited, the system won't recognize it until tomorrow, denied the loan again and asked if I reapplied tomorrow if we could get the loan process started and was told there's a mandatory 7 day wait period between applying. This had not happened with the past 8 loans I had obtained and now its an issue? I had not missed a payment, all loans paid in early and in full, great repayment record and I can't reloan. I feel like someone dropped the ball and/or somethings not adding up. I keep getting recommended for their wealth program, absolutely not, I requested an advance not that program.
It's been difficult getting a hold of any one that works there, can't find a phone number to call and emails are only answered sometimes. Save yourself the hassle and apply somewheres else, this company does not care if you have a great payment track record and paid all your loans in full and some early. They lost me as a customer over this and the lack of replies/ help. Absolutely unacceptable Customer Service in today's over saturated loan advance market. Trust the reviews on this company, they all ring true. Shame on you Notch up!

Don’t waste your time

Don’t waste your time. If you have bad credit or low income they will pre conditionally approve you. After you connect your bank account, they will say you’re declined and approve you for NotchupBuild, which is the same thing EasyFinancial does. Act like they will provide loans, and then after connecting your account, will deny you. Their website is filled with lies

Just a waste of time

Just a waste of time and information stealing company imo.

Nothing takes 15 minutes with this company.

Its been literally over 7 hours and counting.

My bank account is connected, received an email saying I was approved didnt say how much and they need me to sign a document that would come after this email which never did come. Whoever runs this company has single digit iq.

Horrible Customer Service

Their timeline is less than accurate, takes hours to days to get approved not 15 min and getting a response half the time is like pulling teeth and they ignore half your messages and only respond to what they choose to respond to. They do loans on basically all income types but their customer service is absolutely shit!

Do not loan with them

Got approved. Paid back early and then not approved. ? For another one. Says try back. Why are people who pay back in full and early not allowed to reloan. What a joke. Seems like lots of people are giving low scores. Do not use this company.

I had no issues the first two times…

I had no issues the first two times borrowing, payments were made on time and then I have issues connecting with Plaid through their site yet can connect with Plaid on another site to connect my bank. Get told I am not eligible to reborrow, get an email stating I can get $500 in a years time and another email that says to sign up for plus and pay money per month. It has been 17 days and I still can not connect my bank account or reborrow. They are no help. Avoid them at all costs.

If I could give this scam company any lower stars I would. Clickbait and cons. I get a congratulations you're approved and get the lowest amount. I paid my loan off early and received an email saying congratulations you can reloan up to 1500. I didn't need near that much but I reapplied for a loan for car repairs. I received an email saying that I was approved for $500 that I had to make payments on for a year. Then I would be eligible for a loan. Seriously????

how often can I give this company a 1…

how often can I give this company a 1 star. Many options out there who actually are legitimate. This company will give you a minor boost once... pay on time or early with interest and be denied forever more .. add bank info.... and they'll say your eligible for a credit building program lol jokes... pay is 1k and 6 months you'll be eligible for a advance or $500..m don't waste your time. Eventually this company will be shut down. we can only hope

I would not recommend Notch Up…

I would not recommend Notch Up Financial to anyone. I would suggest you go to Wage Pay.
The reason I say this and I really don't understand how Notch Up works.
I've had two loans with Notch Up. Both loans were paid back by due date and in full. In fact the first loan was paid early.
Then after I pay the 2nd loan off I get a nice email saying that I'm more then welcome to apply for another loan due to the fact that my previous loan was paid. So a few days later I applied for a loan and then all of a sudden I'm not eligible. Ok fine. Then I receive another email maybe a week later saying I'm eligible to apply for a loan. So I do. Then after connecting my bank account on thier website a message pops up saying I'm not eligible and try again next week. Every week they say try next week. I don't understand how one of thier agents can tell me to go for a loan, thier emails tell me to go for a loan. My two previous payments were paid on time and in full. Then when I apply the answer is no. Why don't they make up thier flippin mind. Terrible customer service. DON'T USE NOTCH UP GO TO WAGE PAY.
Will never ever apply with Notch Up again.

Life Saving! Approved on ODSP & w. Low Credit. Very Thankful

Notchup - you folks are my lifesaver! Thank you so much. I was being denied endlessly by other lenders so my gratitude for your approval is truly enormous. I am on a low, fixed income (ODSP) so even just finding a lender that will deem me eligible to apply has been quite the struggle. My credit is also quite poor too, making my ability to receive any financial help an extreme challenge. I was going to be grateful for any amount if I was approved (and thought for sure I'd probably only get like $20), and you surprised me with approving me for a bit more. It helps soo much right now.

Your application was easy, non-invasive, and quick. I applied Friday evening and by Saturday afternoon I was sent my approval email with the documents to sign. I signed right away, and received my funds via e-transfer in less than 20mins after signing. Amazing all around!

I am beyond thankful I came across your company in my search and I will be sure to recommend you to any others when the opportunity presents to do so.

10/10 stars. 100% Recommend!

SCAM

Pathetic. I applied two months ago with regular income, plus my CPP early benefit. 3 grand a month coming in and they refused. So I reapplied again today. Refused again. They are full of crap. And they want a void cheque before you are even approved. Stay away from them they are pure garbage .They are less than zero in rating
