I paid €23.95 to get 24 hour shipping

I paid €23.95 to get 24 hour shipping. The day after paying for my order I received an email from them saying the order would be arrive 5 days later. Their other shipping option was €10 for 3-5 day shipping, which I obviously would've chosen if I knew their "24 hour shipping" method would take the same about of time.

I've also emailed the seller twice, the first time 3 days ago, and haven't heard anything back. Their email address is hidden in their website so it doesn't seem like customer service is something they even provide.
