Have been using Music One for 9 months and I went all in and got the lifetime straight off the bat. The product is amazing allowing me to get my iTunes library in HiFi files onto my Sont Walkman DAP. I recently got two of their video products and have had a brilliant experience using these as well. I had a minor issue early on with my license (bought the wrong one) and their support team fixed this within 24 hours for me.

I was so skeptical of this type of thing. I really was unsure, but I had read some good reviews here and used a credit card with a low limit, just to be sure. I am happy to report that not only did the converter work perfect, when I was ready to cancel my subscription (because I only needed it for one project), i emailed them and they cancelled it the next day. By cancel, I mean removed "auto-renew", so I still have use until the last month is done. I will definitely use them again. Highly recommend.

Their support emails are prompt, and they actually fix the issue instead of pasting pre-scripted replies that leave you with unresolved concerns. I've bought 'lifetime' noteburner for tidal about a year ago. It's not cheap but it works great - easy to use, labels tracks correctly and sorts them if you want it to.
After several months of not using it, i've had problems with logging back in, but support responded quickly and everything is working again.
Worth noting - depending on your tidal subscribtion, if you can use it only on one device at the time - if you use noteburner, you won't be able to listen to the music at the same time.

There are many formats to download the music files. I prefer the apple lossless format. Makes the music very compatible with diverse play devices and computer platforms

Once I downloaded the correct application, it worked just as I had hoped. Very happy.

The service itself is fine but it WILL auto-renew every single month/year. I lost around $200 CAD total because of a monthly auto-renewal. No email receipts or anything from NoteBurner either, so I couldn't figure out what was charging me for the longest time. I started to be charged May 20th, and they've charged me $16.74 USD every month since. It's now April, which means that they've taken $167.40 USD from me total when I only intented to use the service for a month. I kept getting charges from PADDLE.NET and couldn't figure out what was charging me, had to go through hell for a couple months with PADDLE to finally figure out that it was Noteburner. They were able to cancel it for me finally, thank goodness - but I wanted to warn others of this!

Excellent product which works extremely well and does exactly what you require. Great support bearing in mind that they are in a different time zone. Replies are at worst next day. My minor issue was resolved with an update. In conclusion, a value for money quality product.
