I have nothing 2a, since last update. Apps close prematurely, internet and WiFi connectivity issues and battery drain is ridiculous. I only needed to charge my phone every couple of days now I'm havin... See more

Nothing 2 poor performance
I bought a Nothing 2 phone and was initially happy. The NHS then gave me hearing aids. These are danalogic hearing aids issued by the thousands. They explained they work with Mobile phones. I could listen to music, videos and adjust settings and volume. The App called BeMore is fantastic. The problem is that when making a phone call, you listen through your hearing aids and talk through the mobile phone microphone. The microphone doesn't work. Nothing said try whatsApp calls. It worked. I loaded the BeMore App onto an iPhone and Samsung and the microphone worked with normal calls and WhatsApp. They asked me to do lots of stuff with the phone which I didn't understand. I asked them if they could arrange for a local repair shop to do these checked, they said no. They then said their phone was not compatible with the App, I then challenged them to why it works with WhatsApp calls, they did not know. I asked for a refund or an upgrade if Nothing 3 phone was compatible, They just ignored by request but said the phone may be faulty and to send it off. I need my phone all the time because my medical condition but also because I do not think is a fault and do not want a refurb phone sent back which probably still wouldn't work but would have to set it up from scratch. So I have a substandard phone which is no use for calls.
Refused refund despite product fault – CMF/Nothing ignoring UK consumer law
I bought a CMF Watch Pro 2 directly from Nothing in March 2025. Within a few months, I found it had a major fault: fitness activity does not sync properly to Strava, with distances and times being wildly inaccurate.
I raised the issue in June, well within the 6-month period covered by the Consumer Rights Act 2015, which entitles me to a refund for a faulty product. Despite this, CMF/Nothing:
Claimed I was outside their "refund window" (I wasn’t),
Ignored multiple clear references to UK law,
Delayed endlessly with vague replies,
Offered a replacement and a discount instead of a legally required refund.
This has been going on for weeks, and I’ve been stonewalled by what appears to be AI-generated customer service responses. They’ve completely refused to take responsibility for a faulty product.
If you’re a UK customer, be very cautious buying from CMF or Nothing. If something goes wrong, don’t expect them to follow the law — you may have to fight just to get your basic rights respected.

Amazing battery life
I bought the watch because of it’s promised battery life, I can say that it delivers. Full charge 10 days ago and the battery stil has 44% left.
Due to this I loose the charging cable because it,almost, never has to be charged :) Good product with a massive battery life !!
Worst customer service ever
I bought a phone from Nothing which was delivered to the wrong address, after 30+ email's numerous phone calls to nothing and numerous phone calls to the delivery company and around 3 weeks of very poor service I eventually got a refund. If this is how they provide customer services I will never purchase a phone from them again.
Two weeks of back-and-forth
Two weeks of back-and-forth, no solution, and no values
I bought the Nothing Ear (2) with trust in the brand’s promise of innovation and reliability. Months later, one of my earbuds became defective. What followed was a nightmare.
I’ve spent over two weeks trying to get a simple replacement or repair solution. The support team went in circles, first claiming the part is out of stock, then suggesting I send my earbuds in for a “chargeable repair,” even though they just admitted they have no replacement parts. Which is it?
The only “compensation” offered was a 10% discount — while I’ve already lost use of my product, wasted my time, and been treated with cold, corporate indifference.
I have since learned from other reviews that this is a common pattern, not an isolated case. This isn’t just poor customer service — it’s a complete lack of ethics and accountability. Many people can’t afford to buy a new pair just because your company refuses to stock basic parts.
I own other premium earbuds and didn’t even need this resolved for myself — but what about the users who rely on your product and are left without help?
This is unacceptable, and I hope Nothing takes a long, hard look at what kind of company it wants to be. Right now, you’re becoming known for broken promises, not great design.
"Nothing" is a perfect description of…
"Nothing" is a perfect description of the level of customer service this company provides after a purchase. Not only are they difficult to connect with but they seem to do everything in their power to avoid returns and refunds. I persisted for 3 months trying to return an ill-fitting pair of earbuds, having to deal with excuses like "our return department is having trouble generating return shipping labels" or "you must use a special ion battery label but we can't provide one" and on and on. I finally complained to PayPal and was provided with a street address but after $50.00 in return shipping costs and having to order the special battery label, I had the package returned to me after a month on the road. It looked like it had been refused on their end. Avoid dealing with this company at all costs.
Fraud Online Purchase in their website
Purchased a pear of headphones mid may, and so far im still waiting for the delivery. Customer service is a disaster, not sure if they are using AI, they keep sending emails to say they are sorry for the issue, but dont provide a resolution. Have even suggested to reach out to the company that does the delivery, even though i purchased the product from them directly. DHL keep sending me alerts that the package is at the pickup location(they did not even try to deliver it to my house), and i have gone a total of 5 times now, and the package is not there. This is a complete waiste of time, I go to customer service to report this and cancel my order, im told to wait, i reach out to DHL and am told to speak with the sender, endless circle and no one owns the mistake and tries to find a solution .
Best earphones I've ever bought
Best earphones I've ever bought. Noise cancelling is excellent, functionality is excellent and battery life is excellent.
Worst support ever
Worst support ever. Zero willingness to help. Random answers as if a bot was replying. You can not ask for details of the problem, because everything is in the ticket 1111294
Ongoing Product Issues Ignored – Disappointed by Support Response
I’ve been experiencing persistent issues with my Nothing Ear earbuds: they disconnect every 10 minutes and frequently desynchronize, especially during calls. This renders them nearly unusable in professional settings.
Despite reaching out to Nothing’s support team multiple times and clearly explaining that the issue appears to be an internal defect rather than accidental damage, I was offered only a 10% discount on a new purchase. While I appreciate the gesture, it's a poor substitute for a working product—especially considering the earbuds are just outside the warranty and clearly malfunctioning through no fault of my own.
Nothing’s customer service was polite but ultimately unhelpful. They refused to offer a replacement or even a refurbished unit. I expected better from a company that prides itself on innovation and customer satisfaction.
Disappointed with the lack of accountability and support. If you’re looking for reliable, long-term use—and good after-sales care—I'd recommend thinking twice.
Shocking Customer Service – Refused Refund After Their Delivery Error
I ordered a pair of earbuds, and they were delivered to the wrong address — their error, not mine. I flagged the issue immediately, and for the last two weeks I’ve been stuck in a frustrating cycle of waiting, following up, and getting absolutely nowhere.
Despite providing all the information they requested, customer service is now insisting I file a police report to qualify for a refund. For a parcel that was misdelivered by their own courier. That’s not just absurd — it’s insulting.
Instead of owning the mistake and resolving it, they’ve passed the burden onto me with zero accountability, empathy, or urgency. I've never had to jump through this many hoops for a straightforward issue.
There are plenty of retailers out there who stand by their delivery promises and treat customers with respect — this isn’t one of them.
Extremely Disappointed with Nothing’s Return & Customer Service
Extremely Disappointed with Nothing’s Return & Customer Service
I had high hopes for the Nothing Phone, but my experience with the company has been incredibly frustrating. I ordered the phone in early May 2025, but it turned out to be incompatible with my mobile carrier—despite the product listing suggesting otherwise.
I reached out to customer support, and they agreed to accept a return. They provided a prepaid shipping label, and I sent the phone back. They received it on May 16, 2025—and weeks later, I’m still waiting for my refund.
What followed was a constant runaround from their support team: vague responses, repeated delays, and no resolution. I filed a dispute with PayPal, submitted all the evidence (return agreement, proof of delivery, screenshots), and even that got denied—because Nothing falsely framed the issue as a product description problem rather than honoring the completed return.
As of now, Nothing has the phone and my $279. No refund. No accountability. No help. Their customer service has been unhelpful at best and gaslighting at worst.
If you’re thinking about ordering from Nothing, be extremely cautious. If anything goes wrong, there’s a good chance you’ll be left with no product and no support.
My recent experience with Nothing.tech…
My recent experience with Nothing.tech has been incredibly frustrating, largely due to, what I believe to be a fault with a CMF Phone 2 Pro and their subsequent handling of the refund process. There appeared to be a visible scratch/scuff mark on one of the camera sensors (below the lens cover) which resulted in a bubble effect on certain photos. I provided photographic evidence of this to them via email and a return was accepted on this basis. I purchased the phone directly from them for £223.99, including express shipping.
However, Nothing.tech only refunded me £209, withholding £14.99. When I contacted them, they claimed that the original £4.99 shipping cost and a £10 return shipping fee were non-refundable. This is despite the fact that they supplied a prepaid return label and at no point was I informed of any charges for using it.
Their assertion that the return shipping cost is £10 is also baffling, especially when compared to the original delivery fee of £4.99, and seems vastly inflated.
Even more concerning, Nothing.tech is now stating there is no fault with the device, directly contradicting my experience and the reason for the return. This refusal to acknowledge the phones defect, has made this a very disappointing experience.
Nothing will be the the new smartphone…
Nothing will be the the new smartphone revolutionary. I recently bought the CMF Phone 1 and It was one of my best purchases yet. The 120hz display feels really smooth and the MediaTek Dimensity 7300 is able to perform all tasks proficiently. To top it all of it only costed $200. So for a phone which costs as much as accessories for some smartphones it is truly a very good purchase and very good experience
Faulty Screen Protecter - Refused To Replace
My nothing phone 3a came with a pre-installed screen protector. Bubbles appeared under the screen after just 6 weeks. Contacted Nothing customer service who were friendly (I suspect a lot of AI is used to write their emails) but very slow to respond. The offered me a joke, 5% discount. I told them the product was not fit for purpose as it failed after just 6 weeks but they didn't care. Very disappointing.
I would give negative stars if I could
I would give negative stars if I could. My buds did not come with extra tips, and fall out. Nothing customer service has been complete farce, weeks and endless correspondence and excuses just to try to get a set of large tips that should have been included. First, they were out of stock but I should pay now, $21 for a set of 3 tips and steep postage. I objected to this and said they should provide the tips that should have been included. Then, miracle, they were in stock! After much resistance, they said they would provide a complementary set of tips .... but only as an extra if I bought a set of tips and paid the steep postage, ie $21. More correspondence. Then, a hugely generous offer, they would give me 10% off a set of tips -- that is, they would cut 56 sets off the $21 they wanted to provide the tips I should have had. More correspondence, they will provide tips to me .... but only if I give the serial number which is too small and smeary to read or photograph. So they doubt that the buds I bought FROM NOTHING as genuine. Or it's just an excuse. They said, oh we can't send the right tips without a serial number. HUH???? Outrageous lengths and expense they will go to, to PREVENT giving customer service.

5 Stars Costumer Service
Hossam Ahmeddarwish was so helpful. 5 stars out of five in customer service. I'm so happy with Nothing, thanks for all. :D
My watch froze after two days of use
My watch froze after two days of use. TWO DAYS. Unable to repair, just need to replace it. Customer service says I need to proceed with after-sales.
