We take customer service extremely importantly so although we feel we acted promptly on this occasion it appears that there may be further room for improvement.
We don't hide behind excuses, if we've made a mistake or have room to improve we will own it and act on it so thank you for bringing your concerns to us. Hopefully you might be able yo update your review or give us another chance in the future to prove we practice what we preach

Great product, great service...Great price! However, I couldn't change the payment method without getting an email prompt that my payment couldn't be processed. Which meant I couldn't update it with new card details until payment had tried to be taken. But other than that, 👍🏻👍🏻. Thankyou

Midline business
NoWa is okay, nothing special about it, nothing WOW about it, just average products that make no difference to me in the end. The toothpaste tablets are okay, nothing special, just does its job and cleans my teeth. The floss is fine, nothing special about it. Packaging was minimal which is great as I hate waste, but not recyclable. Just an average product from an average business.

I was recommended NoWa by a friend and…
I was recommended NoWa by a friend and so gave their tooth tabs a try. I'd been using a tooth soap previously but although my teeth felt healthier it didn't taste great.
The tooth tabs were easy to use, pleasant tasting and still left my teeth feeling clean. The storage tin for them is fantastic and I look forward to ordering their sonic toothbrush once they offer replacement heads on subscription. I can tell they will be open and innovative when it comes to offering recycleable/reusable mouth wash cups for measuring out 10ml of water to mix your mouth wash tabs with and other bits and pieces to enhance their range.
Customer service is great and the subscription and account easy to set up, amend and use.

The toothpaste tablets dissolve easily and create a good foam. Having fluoride is a must for me so I would recommend.
