freaking fast 😲

Freaking fast 😲 Ordered todayat Lunchtime and it just arrived now at 8pm. No unnecessary packaging just the items. The courier even brought them up.

Good Service if it wasn't raining

I rated the Service 4 stars out of 5 only because the package was almost falling apart due to the rain.

I felt the delivery team could have done more to ensure the package was protected from the rain especially since it was delivered in it's original packaging.

Other than that, would have been a 5 for sure.

Reliable and polite

Reliable and polite. They provide estimates for delivery time and reduce the estimate width when it gets closer, it's very helpful. The delivery lady was nice and polite. It cannot get better!

I wish every delivery firm was as well organized as this one

You get informed first by email about the upcoming delivery with a link to track a limited time slot for expected delivery that is updated immediately when it changes. You can give info on how you want the delivery donedirectly in the tracker. Then 10 minutes before expected delivery you get a text incl a link to a map where you see realtime where the delivery is and it moves closer and gives updates how many more minutes. I loved it and it was very accurate. This way you can prepare and the delivery is secure and hopefully also takes less time for the delivery person as people are well prepared.

smooth and professional service

I received the delivery notification as the order was being delivered, which was very helpful. The package arrived within the scheduled time window and on the expected delivery date. Everything was delivered correctly and in good condition. A smooth and professional service overall.
