Easy to order, fast to deliver

Scammers.They sent the wrong item and refused to send the return label and I need to pay the return cost and a return form with many questions to fill !!

Never buy from Notino! Stay away from this company!

Ordered a headband, arrived on time.
Only thing I didn't like is they used a box as big as backpack for a small headband :/

I don’t want to give even 1 star because of their worsts service!! They did not give me any order tracking number and showing i didn’t purchase yet!!! What the hell is this?!? I don’t think i will get my products

I’ve made a purchase and because their website lack detailed information and link to a wrong product’s user manual, I ended up checking the product on its manufacturer’s website. After the purchase I got a product that does not match with specs in their own website and decided to return the product. And guess what? I have to pay the shipping for return!

I am ordering the vast majority of my cosmetics from notino.dk and I am always 100% satisfied. First and foremost, the brands I prefer have products with expiry dates and when I get them from Notino, everything, on average, has at least 1 year until it expires, which is tremendously important to me. The delivery is fast as well. The shipping is a bit expensive, so I always tend to order several products.

Customer service not helpful at all. I try to solve my problem with them 3 weeks now.

i buy parfumes in notino.dk almost 5 years know even my husbnad buys it because there are always new offeres and everything okey i never had any problem my sisters also buy in notino . austri as well different parfumes and vosmetics and everthing alright i also readed the bad coments and i dont get it is this really happend to them because to me never ever !

I love Notino discounts and when they give an option of free delivery from time to time. I would love if they can make a free delivery for anything above 180 to 199 dkk .

I was tempted by 3 free gifts on Black Friday deals which swung my order to Notino
The parcel arrived quickly and safely but no free gifts or explanation why they were missing. I emailed to be advised maybe they had run out.? I replied asking for alternatives but was refused and offered a £3.49 voucher when I spent again. This is not likely as I feel the free gifts should of been honoured with alternatives not ask me to spend even more money.

Shipping is to expensive should be cheaper or free, would buy more often🦋

It's a webshop with a broad range of products, but the free shipping conditions are definitely not good.
Give the option of free shipping over 500,00 or something like that. I'm paying the shipping now because there's nothing that interrest me or that need on the items selected for free shipping.

I have ordered from Notino since 2019. In total I have 10 orders here in high value. the parcel is very well packed and I like that it comes with postnord. what I don't like is that you only get free shipping for certain products or campaigns and it doesn't matter how much you order, you won't get free shipping. 1,576 kr was the largest order and no free shipping was offered. otherwise everything is ok and I will continue to order products from here.
