i ordered Maison M

i ordered Maison M. Replica by the Fireplace and it was a fraud. It was not the real perfume. The real scent lasts for days, this one was off and it did not last. big disappointment, i will never order from here again.

I have been a customer for years...

I have been a customer for years. In the last two orders they did not include a Lancôme Lip Idôle Butterglow (quite expensive) and a few other products. Upon contacting the customer service I learned that they expect photos from me of the packages (thrown out already, not available) to even begin checking the issue. They kept harping on this even though I know they record each package being prepared where it would clearly show the products were not in the orders. Very upset, reported them to the authority. After years of being a loyal shopper, several high-value orders each month, I will never order from them again.
