Extremely Poor Customer Service — No Response for 2 Months

I placed an order over two months ago, and part of it is still missing. Unfortunately, customer service has been completely unresponsive the entire time. I have sent multiple messages along with clear evidence and documentation, yet my case has not even been properly reviewed.

What makes this even more disappointing is that I pay extra for their subscription service, which is supposed to provide faster and better support. Despite paying this additional fee, I have never received any priority assistance or improved service.

Overall, this has been a very frustrating experience, and I expected much better support—especially as a paying subscriber. Based on my experience, I would not recommend trusting this company, as they are simply not responsive when issues arise.

Wrong order received and customer service has vanished off the face of the earth

I received somebody else's order and have sent numerous messages to customer service, with no response, not even an acknowledgement that the emails have been received. I've ordered from the company before, in Italy and the UK, and luckily not had any issues. However it is very disappointing that when I need to get a response from the company, they are nowhere to be found. I won't be buying from them again.

A disaster

A disaster, I won't repeat this experience anymore.
My order was delivered incomplete. When I provided the evidences of the missing contents ther customer service just reply refusing any responsibilities.
Zero stars should be the right evaluation, but for sure one unsatisfied customer will be a warning for many others, as a bad spot.q

Missing item, complaint rejected without proof , very disappointing experience

I had a very bad experience with Notino.

One item from my order (a cream worth around €20) was missing from the package I received. I contacted customer service immediately and provided photos and all required information.

Their response was shocking. They claimed that because the external package was “intact,” all items must have been delivered, and rejected my complaint without providing any real proof. When I asked for concrete evidence (packing list, parcel weight, or proof that the item was included), they refused to provide anything and simply stated that their decision was “final and unalterable.”

This approach basically implies that the customer is lying, while the company takes no responsibility and offers zero transparency. Being told to “contact consumer organizations” instead of actually investigating a missing item is not acceptable customer service.

I feel completely dismissed and disappointed. This experience has destroyed my trust in Notino. I will not order from them again and I strongly advise others to be careful, especially with higher-value orders.

Plus it took 3 weeks to receive the package, I will never ever buy anything from this company. Not trustful at all.

An authentic review

Lovely. They are so quick with their deliveries, the best. And the products are always authentic and beautiful. The site is easy to use/navigative around during your searches for example of products, lots of choices and good brands; i might add also, the offers, deals, promotions and discounts they continually and wonderfully provide! The orders i have made, (of which have been many over a period now of at least 8 years), the payments have always been safe. I trust them, the service they have always provided me, and the care - an excellent website i truely recommend!

Missing item

Previously i ordered from them and the package was fully received. Next time i ordered 3 perfumes the same model total of 160 euros. I received the package torn from one side and only two perfumes where in the box and one missing. The package already was poorly seeled and easily can be opened. I contacted them and send severla photos as they requested. And they replied that after investigating they found that it wasnt their warehouse fault and will not refund or send another item. Worst company never ordering from it again

Extremely disappointing experience / Esperienza estremamente deludente

I’m truly shocked by my experience with notino.it. I spent almost 300 euros, and one of the products — a pack of dried strawberries — arrived already opened inside the box, with the contents spilled everywhere.

I immediately called customer service and sent all the requested photos right away. Despite this, I received a response only five days later, and it was superficial, cold, and completely useless. No apology, no explanation, and most importantly no solution.

For a company of this size, I expected at least a minimum level of professionalism. Instead, I felt ignored and treated with zero respect as a customer. They should have at least reimbursed the damaged product — and even that seems too much to ask.

After this experience, I will never order from notino.it again, and I strongly advise others to think twice before doing so.

Sono davvero scioccata dalla mia esperienza con notino.it. Ho speso quasi 300 euro e uno dei prodotti — una confezione di fragole essiccate — è arrivato aperto dentro la scatola, con tutto il contenuto sparso ovunque.

Ho chiamato immediatamente l’assistenza e ho inviato subito tutte le foto richieste. Nonostante questo, ho ricevuto una risposta solo dopo cinque giorni, e per di più una risposta superficiale, fredda e completamente inutile. Nessuna scusa, nessuna spiegazione, e soprattutto nessuna soluzione.

Per un’azienda di queste dimensioni mi aspettavo un minimo di professionalità. Invece mi sono sentita ignorata e trattata con zero rispetto come cliente. Avrebbero dovuto almeno rimborsare il prodotto danneggiato — e persino questo sembra chiedere troppo.

Dopo questa esperienza, non ordinerò mai più da notino.it e consiglio agli altri di pensarci due volte prima di farlo.

Poor Handling Of Damaged Products And Refund


I received a damaged item and was offered a credit note instead of a full refund. The credit was difficult to use, with no clear instructions, and could not be applied toward postage — meaning I had to pay again just to access money I was owed.
Customer service was slow, asked for unnecessary information (like an IBAN), and communication was unclear throughout. I spent over an hour trying to use the voucher, and still ended up out of pocket.
They’ve also been flagged by Trustpilot for misleading review practices — which I only discovered after my poor experience. I won’t be shopping with them again.
