I have ordered products worth more than 1500 Sek, but you still didn't offer aa free delivery!?

Ett företag som jag tycker är ganska bra men kommer inte beställa något mer på grund av slarvigt arbetet av lager personal som packar saker som köpes. Jag har beställt parfym till sonen och tack vare snabb leverans och klanderfri vara ( ingen kopia!) har bestämt att köpa lite mer trotts att parfymen var packat på värsta sättet - inga pellets eller någon sorts emballage runt - den var bara lagt i bra embalage kartong och åkte där fram och tillbaks i kartongen under postleverans... Konstigt att parfymen inte blev skadat... Så tänkte först att ge 5 stjärnor, men sättet varan packades har gjort att det blev bara tre .

Andra paket blev ännu sämtre packat (!) - en gång till vill påpeka att det är ÄKTA varor och inga kopior som vissa kunder skriver . Jag vet vad jag köper och hur det ska se ut, dofta och osv, det kan alltid kollas på nätet. Så varor är jag supernöjd med. Men den andra (och sista för min del som kund) gången flytande tvål och fasta tvålar var bara inkastade i lådan och skruvkork på flytande tvål har skruvats upp under leverans då skruvkorken på den satt inte fast och hårdå tvålar åkte fram och tillbaks i paketet - därmet läckage och julklapp blev nästan förstörd. Det är jag jättesur för - det är helt orimligt att lager personalen packar varor som kostar en hel del på detta viset. Därmed tre stjärnor och inget mer köp från den företag på grund av slarvigt packande av köpta varor. Trots bra priser, äkta varor , bra kundkontaklt och snabb och säker leverans...

.... A company that I think is quite good but will not order anything else due to the sloppy work of the warehouse staff who pack things that are purchased. I have ordered perfume for my son and thanks to fast delivery and flawless product (no copy!) I have decided to buy a little more even though the perfume was packed in the worst way - no pellets or any kind of packaging around - it was just put in a good cardboard box and went there back and forth during postal delivery... Strange that it was not damaged. So I was going to give 5 stars, but the way it was packed has made it only three. Other packages were packed even worse (!) - once again I want to point out that these are GENUINE goods and no copies as some customers write I know what I am buying and how it should look, smell and etc., it can always be checked online., So I am super satisfied with the goods. But the second (and last for me as a customer) time, the liquid soap and solid soaps were just thrown into the box and the screw cap on the liquid soap was unscrewed during delivery because it was not secured and the soaps were moving back and forth in the package - so much so that the package and Christmas gift were almost ruined. I am very upset about that - it is completely unreasonable for the warehouse staff to pack goods that cost a lot in this way. Therefore three stars and no more purchases from this company due to the careless packing of purchased goods. Despite good prices, genuine goods, good customer contact and fast and safe delivery...

They actually DO answer questions and so on via email, And that is not very usual these days.
The only downside i have to say :-)) is that yankee candle electric cotton scent never is in stock.

Ordered 6.2 Intense Ash. (Thought the .2 was strange but i relied on the name.

Received 6.2 Dark blonde purple.

Customer service is not willing to refund even if the name Intense Ash is wrong on the webpage.

So be really careful ordering color. Do not rely on the name. You need to go by only the number.

They say that there is no difference between a Dark blonde purple and Intense Ash.

I beg to differ and glad I did not put it in my hair. No refund and I get to return the color on by expense.

Never shopping there again.

Ordered in June based on delivery information stating guarantee delivery date. Order did not arrive until day later, which was too late and I had already left for travel. Parcel left outside front door in communal stairway so anyone could have picked it up. Kind neighbour brought it in until I returned.
I then followed instructions for refund, posted it back within 14 days un-opened and since then have heard nothing. No response to emails (four) or unsuccessful phonecalls, and so no refund of money. Tried to ring customer service. AI that says it will transfer call and then hangs up. £60 down the drain, scam company and obviously reason to why having lower prices because possibly only one employee. Company address on website also fraudulent. Has the street address of location in California, but as if in Sweden, thus does not exist. Stay away the tiny saving isn't worth the risk and abscence of customer service if something needs attended to.

Hello guys please be careful with this company my neighbors saw them put a package 📦 in front of my door just to take a picture of it and pick it up and leave with it and when asked them about my package 📦 they said it was delivered and show me the picture they took little did they know someone saw the inside and this happened twice in a row we're talking serious mesures as my neighbors had camera too
But it's a shame such disappointing take advantage of people just because you think they don't have any right but you're mistaken because you can't scam me twice
The first incident report they put my money refund as bonus on their website just for them to take everything back plus the money I added shopping over 1000kr I'm still in choke try to process everything

It was foolish of me to not read the reviews because now I see many comments I didn't see about people not happy for different reasons but it's a shame that they get the right to keep disappointing people and nobody does anything about it

More than 10 days delivery time - without any warning och information. For one bottle of shampoo....

Great prices and range. Only issue was with delivery. It took a long time for the package to arrive, but it might be more down to PostNord. According to the delivery tracking the package was in my town for a week but still had not been delivered by PostNord. When I recieved the package after it had been returned and re-sent I was very happy.

Stay away from this store!
It’s a fraud company! I bought a legs device, in the box supposed to find the device, the instructions, the charger and the cleaning cloth.
There was only the device, I suspect already used, it was dirty and nothing else.
This is unacceptable! How a company can sell a product like this?! I paid full price for a second hand device that I can’t even use because I don’t have the charger.
Never again!!!

A bit slow, it is Black Friday and all purchases online today has been slow.
No worries, I hope I will get what I ordered.

So seen a fair few poor reviews about Notino
But from my point of view being the very first time I've ordered from them everything went smoothly. My order was shipped and arrived in good time . The product is great and was the best price I could find on the internet.
Definitely will use again
