The customer service in SLO is disaster!

The customer service in SLO is a disaster! I usually shop at NOTINO and spend over €1000 a year there. I’ve barely returned anything – just four items in two years – yet the return process is incredibly slow. I always have to follow up on reimbursement. They even refused to refund €20 when I submitted a purchase for €76! They claimed they hadn’t received the item and it had been a month. You absolutely must keep your receipt from the post; otherwise, forget about your money! And the worst part? You can’t escalate the issue because nobody cares in SLO.

Fast and easy.

It's fast and easy. Could have a little more choices when offering a conditional discount (like simple things for everyday use), not only the specialised items that are difficult to sell anyway.
