I’ve purchased from Notino several times now, and have to say every experience has been very good indeed. The fragrances come within about three days, they are definitely genuine and Notino use DPD, who offer really helpful online tracking, and are a lot better than Evri. I’ve never had a lost parcel or received one that’s damaged in any way, and the contents have always been exactly what I ordered.
I bout a men’s fragrance last year for Xmas present but I never received anything I tried to contact them but they refused to have anything to do with my query?

I was a little apprehensive after reading some of the reviews. I ordered Elemis Pro-collagen cleansing balm which I have tried before so know what it looks and smells like etc! It was much cheaper on this site than anywhere else. I am pleased to say it arrived promptly and is the real deal! So happy!

The thing being, via Notino, it was the latest and most desirable edition (The Scent Le Parfum) and for 50ml, there was no one in the market that could remotely compete on price.
