Had some issues with my previous order since it was pretty slow, but they sent me an email explaining there was some logistics issues that they finally solved, and indeed last order was fast and perfect. As a brand owner as well i understand how hard it is to deal with these side of things, im happy you guys solved and wish you the best

Terrible experience, goods are just not being sent. It already has like 9 days and it still no updates from the carrier and no mail response. Will ask for the refund, I'll update you guys on that.

Edit: My order arrived 10-14 days later instead of the 6-8 business days mark. The quality of the goods is very nice and look very posh. Bear in mind that my order was shipped to Mexico, no customs charge whatsoever, but expect that little delay.

They have been ignoring my messages about a refund. They said I will get it within a week but that has gone past and they have not sent any messages to me and no matter how many times I contact them they ignore it. This has been going on for months. They lie about shipping times as well as it took nearly a month for my package to even reach customs where I got an extra £57 charge.

I ordered the Notre T-Shirt in Navy and the shipping was pretty quick, I received it just 4 days after placing the order, which is fast for international delivery. The quality is excellent, the fabric feels great, and the fit is good. The only thing I would mention is that it’s slightly shorter than most of my other T-shirts. (I’m 188 cm tall and ordered size M.)

The order came fast, really nice fit and the quality suprised me as well.
I will definitely order more clothes in the near future!

I have had a horrific experience with this company, and couldn’t begin to express the upset they have caused me.
Originally I placed an order on 21st May, expecting it to be delivered within the next 10 days as it states on the website. 2 weeks go by with no updates on whether my order had been dispatched etc so sent an email asking for an ETA. The reply stated there was an issue with my order and it would arrive the following week, which it didn’t. Emails carried on being sent back and forth with excuses including, my deliver address was wrong, there were problems with their warehouses, high demand in orders, order being lost… the list goes on.
I then received a note in the post on the 10th August regarding a £55 customs charge and £8 VAT, that was associated with this order. After contacting Notre Success once again they suggested I travelled and paid this charge, which I did not do. Reasons being, the increasing lies and excuses I had received from the company, I didn’t trust that if I travelled to collect the order and paid the charge I would be refunded that money by the company. Since then I have been asking for a full refund on my order, which they will not authorise, stating once the parcel is sent back to them I will receive my refund. This is extremely unacceptable considering it has been 3 months since I placed the order, and to expect me to wait even longer is disgusting service, especially when I haven’t received anything I ordered. Please don’t make the same mistake I did and order from this company!!!

Notre Succes is extremely disappointing. The product arrived with obvious defects and the quality is far below what they advertise. Customer service is unprofessional and unhelpful, offering no real solution and wasting time. This company feels unreliable and careless. I strongly advise others to stay away.
