Bad quality-bad after sales service

I bought a pair of cashmere gloves at Notshy Megeve. They were worth 80 euros. The next day i saw there was a hole and i know i didn’t do it in the less than 60’ that i wore them.
I went back to the store to show them and ask to change them as this is clearly a defective produxt and they said “have you kept the thread that comes with the gloves”? Obviously there is a reason for this thread… They said they were very sorry but they couldn’t take them back since i had worn them.
If you want to build a high end name you have to have the quality and the service that goes along. Pitty

Great products but horrible service

The quality of the sweaters is great, but this is one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. My credit card has been charged but the order not processed. I’ve had no help from customer service and now have to go through credit card company to dispute the charge. Do not purchase online from them if you’re outside of France.

Excellent quality, a beautiful piece. The company has wonderful and prompt customer service; they answered multiple questions of mine prior to my order. The order was fast and arrived in beautiful condition, exceeding my expectations.

Poor service in Val d'Isere shop

I bought my wife a cardigan from this company which upon wearing for the first time was found to have a hole. The garment was taken back to the shop in Val d’Isère at the first opportunity. The manager showed no interest in helping. Refused a refund and said it was our fault for not checking the garment at the point of sale. This was one of five items bought on the same day. In the end we left the garment at the shop. Very poor service. Do NOT be tempted to shop here!!!!

I have since received a very decent reply from the parent company which I accept. However, the service and treatment we received in the Val d'Isere shop was unacceptable. I will try other branches of the shop if I come across them.

Very bad quality satine trousers

I bought a satine pant. It had a hole in it after putting in on once. I had it repaired and the next time I put in on there was a hole agin in it. Not Shy didn’t want to take responsibility. So be aware of the very poor quality of satine pants

WORST COMPANY

I never received the item 'cause it was blocked by the courier. I asked the company to help me in order to mediate with the courier since the success of the shipment is their liability (not considering that the courier do not speak english, sic!) They pretended to be polite but they did not help at all and REFUSED TO REFUND until they received the item back, but IT'S NOT A RETURN. Now that they want the item back, out of the blue they reached to unlocked the problem and I see the track going back to them. But sSTILL NOT REFUND AFTER ONE MONTH WAITING!

AVOID!!!!

AVOID!!!!! The quality was not only bad, with an itchy fabric, not the smooth cashmere you'd expect for the price. The service is non existent and appalling. I ordered a cashmere jumper for 170 EUR to the UK, and could not alter or contact the shop as the website contact/client was down. The contact section has been done since (2 months later) so it is not temporary. I had to pay 12 EUR to return, and got a refund of £135 (so they did not refund me the full amount!) and I had to pay FEDEX tax of 60 EUR, which I was not aware of, and NOTSHY refused to help with the payment. They said that they stopped deliveries in the UK for that reason - yet they still refused to pay for the taxes! As a result, I lost 60 GBP on tax, 12 EUR on return, and £20 that NOTSHY kept in its pocket - a total of nearly 100 EUROS lost! A terrible experience, AVOID!!

Their appalling answer on asking for FEDEX refund:

Au téléphone je vous aie dit que je verrais ce qu’il était possible de faire auprès de la direction.
Leur réponse est que nous ne sommes pas responsables des frais supplémentaires FEDEX et ne savons pas non plus à l’avance le coût que cela peut engendrer.

Nous avons suspendu depuis quelques semaines les commandes à destination du Royaume-Uni à cause de ce type d'incident et mettons tout en œuvre pour trouver un transporteur qui n'impose pas des frais supplémentaires à nos clientes.

Nous vous prions de croire en notre sincère dévouement.
