Let op: sinds 2023 is Notulen Software verder gegaan onder een nieuwe naam: Topical. We zijn eigenlijk best wel gek op vergaderingen. De meeste vergaderingen zijn vergelijkbaar: de meeste mensen willen er niet heen, maar zouden het erg vinden als ze niet worden uitgenodigd. Het is daarom belangrijk om ervoor te zorgen dat vergaderingen efficiënt en productief zijn. Onze missie is zorgen voor minder en betere vergaderingen.

Perfect for a chairman!

Great experience! We started with the implementation of this software to enhance the information flow throughout the organisation, and to have a better overview of the meetings. It's definitely worth of it. As a chairman, I'm always up-to-date about the meetings due to the automatic notification emails before and after (even if I didn't attend). The task list indicates clearly which tasks I need to perform for each task unit, and what's been discussed.
