This is not a review about Noukie's products but their poor customer service
I would like to start with the fact that I absolutely LOVE Noukie’s products, but I will never buy a single item from this company ever again. I bought a crib bumper from Nouki’s website and it was not the first time I bought something from this company though it was the first time I bought something from their website. Firstly, it took them over a week to prepare the pack for shipment, so I received the item after about two weeks. The crib bumper was lovely (though overpriced), but unfortunately, it was not fit for my baby’s crib. So I decided to return it. I had already seen on their website that they had a 30-day free return policy, but I hadn’t noticed that there were some letters (BE-FR-LU) under that. Apparently, those letters stand for countries Belgium, France, and Luxemburg, and I live in Italy. It’s like decoding a message to learn about their return policy. They’ve used an image of a truck with “30-day free return” to express their return policy, BUT they’ve used the codes of the countries where they have free returns. So which is it? Oversimplifying the messages on the website to make it more user-friendly OR using coding to convey messages?
Finally, I ended up paying 24 euros for the return of an item that cost me 70 euros. It is ridiculous, unfair, customer-unfriendly and as a matter of fact embarrassing for the company.
