Kat was brilliant to work with

Kat was brilliant to work with, I had some personal goals of increasing muscle mass before working with Kat and she really helped explain and understand how we would get to those goals little by little. She was incredibly helpful at explaining how adding and making small changes to what I was eating would help me see some really good progress. As well as this Kat was great at understanding how to get the right nutrition in around a full time work and training schedule which meant I maybe didn’t have huge amounts of time to prepare food.

I would suggest to anyone looking for coaching and support around their nutrition to to work with Kat, she’ll get to know you and understand you personally and help make changes that actually suit you and are manageable.

Katriona goes beyond fad diets

Katriona's support and accountability was second to none. She helped us to understand the triggers that cause our bad food habits and put us on a path for better relationship with our food.

If we had bad weeks / days, there was no blaming, it was all about resetting and understanding how good habits compound over time.

I would recommend this to anyone who needs a boost with their health goals and is looking for someone to provide actionable strategies that deliver results.

Great support and educator, goal oriented support

I joined Kat in one of her challenges which was a great kick start. She is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. She educates you on the importance of nutrition rather than just telling you what to do. You understand “the why” so you can implement and better embrace the process. Changes that need to be implemented are done gradually so as not to overwhelm you in the process. She checks in regularly and challenges your thought processes. Fast forward 15months and I have reached a weight I did not think was achievable. I am significantly stronger and I understand my body, weight fluctuations and how to regulate my body. Most importantly, Kat has helped me change my relationship with food which means I can better educate my daughter and consciously create the landscape for her to develop a positive relationship with food. Thanks Kat. If you are thinking about joining her programme, I highly recommend it! You won’t regret it.

A life-changing experience

Kat has had a fundamental impact on me. I knew the basics, or at least I thought I knew them, but working with Kat totally changed how I looked at food, considered meal planning and viewed my “journey”. She was patient, clear, resourceful and understanding but was straight talking when she needed to be (and I needed that just as much!). I lost over a stone and got fitter but importantly i learned the importance of good habits and routines, of sleep, of taking steps rather than leaps, and for the first time in my life I feel
I can keep on a path and stick to it. Kat, you are amazing and thank you so much for all you have done for me. I cannot recommend her more highly.

Katriona has been an incredible support…

Katriona has been an incredible support over the last year. I slowly but steadily lost weight and gained good habits as she guided me into a sustainable lifestyle, which I am confident will stay with me for life.

Simply put Kat is exceptional

Simply put Kat is exceptional. Incredible knowledge, very understanding and she absolutely cares a lot about what she does. I could not recommend Nourish Nutrition enough. Her advice has been life changing, and actually amazing how simple many of the changes can be.

Invest in yourself and long term

Invest in yourself and long term, sustainable fat loss!

I cannot recommend Kat enough!

I came across her facebook group when I was at an all time low- feeling really bad about myself due weight gain during my pregnancies. I had tried some other diets like Keto and I was just really struggling to get the weight off. She had numerous guides and information on her fb group which really helped get me started. She subsequently ran a competition that I won- 3months free coaching and WOW! It changed my life!!! I lost 6kg in 3months- which ran over Christmas and New Year might I add!! I have gone down a pants size and lost several cm!!

The experience was a total game changer. I learnt so much and had have really gained precious secrets to SUSTAINABLE fat loss. Sustainable weight loss is definitely a mental game and by working with Kat I have been freed! No more good or bad categories of food- it's all just food and nothing is off limits. You learn you include and control portion sizes so you can have the calorie dense food too.

You are your greatest asset and your health matters. Your ability to work/ provide for your family depends on your health. Your life span and thus the amount of time you get to spend on this earth may be prolonged by reducing risk for certain diseases. Your risk for these diseases such as some cancers, diabetes, cholesterol can be reduced by obtaining a healthy weight. This was one of my biggest worries as I have a strong family history of diabetes. I now have all the tools I need to lead a healthier lifestyle and I know I'm doing everything I can to lead a healthier lifestyle and reduce my risks.

If you unsure, try it for 12 weeks! In the greater scheme of things 12weeks isn't that long in comparison to the rest of your life- if you are like me you have probably spent a good deal of money on other diets so why not give this one a go! Kat is by your side every step of the way and you will see results that are sustainable!

Kat has been a great inspiration

After stumbling across the group on Facebook I was keen to find out more so enjoyed following peoples journeys and advice. I won 3 months free training with Kat. After achieving a stone weight loss I was over the moon. Learning a lot about foods and myself and different habits. Been hard graft but I can see a change in my thoughts not only towards myself but towards foods too.
After a three week break I am
Back to it. And it’s not even hard. It’s just a normal way of living now. No restrictions just eating widely.

I have tried diets in the past but realise they are a fad and don’t last the minute you change your eating habits.
Calorie deficit is perfect as you can still eat what you like and keep an eye on the calorie intake. I’ve educated myself on certain foods as I had no idea what calories were in what foods. This has been an eye opener and once Into the mindset then it works. It helps and it’s encourages you to work hard.

Recommendation for nourish nutrition.

I started in Oct 2020 with the plan to eat, feel and look better. Having played sport all my life but always eat anything and everything I was feeling tired and unfit as I approached nearly 50. I didn't see it as a diet I was on because I could eat most things but it was about my choices of portions and what I ate. After 2/3 months I could feel so much more energy again in myself. Katriona was so knowledgable and brilliant at giving information on training and nutrition side of it. I also suffer with back trouble through football but she just altered my training and weights routines to suit. I have learnt a new way of life and eating choices which I enjoy. Katriona is amazing at what she does and so motivational. She is the modern Gaffarette 😂 and if anyone wants to look and feel better she's the one x

Why I recommend Nourish Nutrition wholeheartedly

I signed up with Nourish Nutrition back in October 2020 with a plan to get in better shape & lose weight before my wedding. In that time, not only did Katriona help me do that, she also made my relationship with food so much healthier & gave me the tools (and encouragement) to take responsibility for my eating and workouts.
As I am someone who has gone through all the ‘diets’ that are out there & had both body issues & mental issues surrounding food, Katriona worked with me to ensure that I was comfortable with the plans she was putting in place, working out achievable targets (and rewards!).
She is on hand at all times to answer any questions I had & to respond to my freak outs when the scales rose, and praise my successes.
Having hit my target for the wedding was great - but I gained more than that; it was an education learning about how my body reacts and adjusts to a variety of factors, not just food, and that’s something I carry with me.
I can honestly say that there’s no way I would have got the results I have without Nourish Nutrition and Katriona, and I would, without question, recommend her to anyone.

More than weight loss it’s mind changing

I was lucky enough to win 3 month coaching with Kat. Initially I just wanted to loose weight and inches. I soon realised that yes although that is my long term goal I needed to be able to change my mindset to allow myself to believe and achieve my goals.
I had a very bad relationship with food, everything was categorised as either good or bad foods!! Very quickly Kat informed me nothing is good or bad. Some have more nutritional value but all foods in moderation are fine. This hasn’t been easy but I now find myself correcting myself if I’ve had a ‘bad’ dinner. It was dinner end of!! Another thing I learnt was that calories although I worked on a daily average if I went under some days and over others it levelled it’s self out. I have a bad habit of binge eating but Kat told me that won’t ruin EVERYTHING I had done. Think about why I felt the need to binge and address it.
When I struggle Kat was always there, never asking me to complete the impossible but to try 1% harder the next day, that could be just walking a bit further, drinking more water or even just trying to track food correctly.
Overall I haven’t got to ‘target’ weight but that’s ok, I have learnt things I never realised. This is a journey and it’s not always easy but with the tools and advice I have been given I look forward on moving forward with what I have learnt and seeing where I can go!

Thank you Kat, what you have taught me has been invaluable. You have always been so kind, supportive and encouraging and made me realise that it’s not just about the scales going down it’s about putting what I have learnt to practice and making small changes so they become part of my everyday life.

Coundn't recommend enough

I started working with Katriona late last year and from the very start until today Katriona has been very helpful in all areas of nutrition and exercise. She deliveries a fantastic service and is available at any time. From working with Katriona I've had a huge change in my mindset and have so much more confidence in myself.

They know what they’re doing, and they’re good at it.

I had an amazing experience with Nourish Nutrition UK. I got the kind of support I needed throughout the programme. It was a 12-week long programme, where my goal was to lose around 8kgs, and I successfully achieved it without giving up on my favorite food.

I had started snacking on sweets over the lockdown, and it had turned into an addiction. I was stuck in a vicious cycle, and I realized that it was about time for some intervention. My coach helped quitting on those habits in a way that I didn’t even realize how easy it could be.

It was the first time in my life where I didn’t have to follow unrealistic diet plans and strenuous exercise regimen. The plan was to lose fats in a sustainable way, and I understood how that is possible by the methods taught in the programme. Not only that, the coach helps you build a good relation with food, where you stop categorizing food into ‘good’ and ‘bad’.

All in all, it was a great learning experience for me, and on the way I got my fitness back. The coach and the programme is strongly recommended. 5/5 all the way!

Helpful, with realistic but challenging nutrition goals

Throughout the 28 days of the challenge, they were very helpful and encouraging. They set nutrition goals that were both realistic and a good challenge for me. This helped push me into eating more, and eating food with higher nutritional values. I've learned a lot from partaking and can highly recommend Nourish Nutrition UK for advice and for creating a nutrition plan that works around you.

First class service with real, long lasting results.

The support I have had from Nourish Nutrition has been first class. I love how I was able to set targets from the outset and then with Katriona work out strategies that suited me to achieve those targets. This is definitely not a quick fix diet. It is all about a life style change and learning about how, what and how often I eat food.
I am someone who has always exercised and been relatively active, but never been able to get a handle on my weight. Understanding my diet,
I am now fitter and leaner than I can ever remember.
What have you got to loose, give Nourish Nutrition a go.
