An excellent agency who we rented an apartment for my daughter in Paris while at university. They were very helpful through the sign up and contract stages. But the main service delivery of our Gestionaire (Gabriella Lois) was without a doubt some of the best level of service received from a Genstionaire in Paris. Gabriella got back to my emails and messages on the same day and helped with any issues or problems we had with the apartment. Excellent company and thank you to Gabriella for such a high standard of service :-)

Selena ROUX was an excellent manager. She was always supportive and quick to help whenever I had questions or concerns. For example, when I first arrived and noticed my room was missing basic items such as a blanket, bedsheet, and pillows, she addressed the issue immediately and made sure everything was arranged for me. Her responsiveness and willingness to assist made a big difference in my experience.

After sunmission of an application, I was contacted by an agent Tahina ROUSSEAU who swiftly prepared contract and everything that goes with it. After signing it online and paying all the fees I was finally set for an apartment. The while process is fast and perfect for people who need to come to France soon and cannot navigate the system, so help from agents like Tahina is priceless.

I reccomend using services of thus company because they make everything so much easier and streamlined, they take the same fees as any other place would but you just don't need to worry.

The Agent Amélie Dubourg was really kind and helpful. The only thing I coud blame is probably the paying platform which didn't work so it took a little bit more time to finish the procedures
