Worst airline ever

Worst airline ever
You book a flight and after they cancel your ticket and they will never ever refund you.
I sent more than 10 emails every time there is something missing just to not refund you and after they will not reply anymore.

Absolutely horrendous airline

Absolutely horrendous airline. Do not fly with this airline, they are a scam and will do everything to avoid flying their customers.

The Head of the Department at Lyon Airport, a woman called Reem (wearing a white jumper with the word Sunday on it) is very rude, unprofessional and it seemed that she actually wanted us to be stuck and not be able to get on our flight. She refused to give us her name but we heard her colleagues calling her.

We had spoken to the Tunisian embassy before booking our flights and they had confirmed that my husband didn’t need a visa to fly to Tunisia and that he would get a visa on arrival as an Indian citizen. We showed them our hotel booking and return flights and every possible website that would state exactly that but Reem, would not accept it and say that she spoke to “someone” on the phone who said that he needs a visa before the flight. We asked her who she had spoken to but she wouldn’t tell us, we asked her if we could speak to her contact and explain the situation and she abruptly said no! Who knows to what random person she had spoken or maybe she just made it up!

It’s unbelievable that an airline would treat their paying customers that way, we were with a baby and two small children. We then finally could reach someone on the phone at the airport from Tunis who wanted to speak to Reem and confirm that we could fly but she had just disappeared!
Obviously, we will sue this airline for making us miss our flight and our holiday but for sure we will never, ever book again with them! Avoid at all cost!

No refund

Got cheated by Nouvelair. My return flight Paris to Tunis for March 2021 got cancelled due to closed borders (covid). They sent me a letter saying I had to go along with an agreement and wait 12 months for a refund. Guess what - the contact numbers they listed are disconnected and there is no response to any of the e.mails I have sent this year. First and last booking with this airline.

Very bad company

Flight schedule changed and I couldnt take it anymore.
I asked for a refund, after asking me 5 times my reservation number (which I replied each time very politely) they are not answering my mails anymore....
It's hidden (not that much) robbery.

I think this company is quite good…

I think this company is quite good especially compared to Tunisair which by the way catastrophic
Please also note that till now I never tried to cancel booking also I did not have need to contact their customer services

I advise you to boycott this company.
No respect for customers. No customer service you,can pass hours waiting for a phone response, and with mails ? No answer att all blackout.

Problems ?
Flight cancelling with no alert. It happens that you discover it in the airport or by chance in their website. Added to that no refund.

Flight that changes destination to give a deturn to other places and of course without alert. No way to cancel the booking...

Never again

If only I can put a 0 star I would. The customer service is rubbish. I tried to cancel my flight to Tunisia as it is included in the red list for UK travel, they only have a telephone which doesn't work and I submitted a form a month ago but still no reply. I haven't gotten any response and no refund at all. I am still trying to get hold of the airline but to no avail.

Avoid this airline at all costs. Not worth the stress and the money.
