After 3 months of a delay...

I received the same message as many of you guys.. After 3 months of waiting for this company to fulfill their promises I just got a reality check.. They want to offer me 50% discount to but more challenges and to get more money out of me.. I've been denied all my payouts, I have lost all funded accounts, everything gone and they are just resting there trying to screw more people as they can! Careful!!!!
Please guys, stay away from this company!
It's a scam on a scam...
They deserve the very least and the worst of the world..
I hope that we can get together and file a lawsuit agains them because they deserve to pay for what they've done..
Please guys, don't buy anything from them.. And I hope this review gets seen by as many people as possible to prevent more people to be scammed!

SCAMERS

SCAMERS! THEY PROMISED NEW ACCOUNT AND I RECIVED 50% DISCOUNT! SO I was with them more than 6 months, they used migration to change platform and when I send them message they were saying I will recive new account. One day after 30 days of not reciving anything I got an e-mail where they said you got 50% discount. I said I dont want discount I want new account as promised. I have all in my e-mails and I can show prove it!

I have been waiting now for a month for…

I have been waiting now for a month for them to migrate my accounts to their new platform. I keep getting told soon. I paid for challenges now and have accounts in profit but cannot cash out or even trade as they say the accounts are temporarily suspended until they are migrated to the new platform.

I have sent multiple emails once in December and now in January and "support" says just wait.

If they can fix this issue and show themselves to be legit, I will update this review.

Initially they disabled the option to…

Initially they disabled the option to withdraw profits back in November, then they announced a migration. After that, they said the Active Non-US clients (Manta and FXCH Originating Clients Only) would be migrated to the new dashboard. I was patiently waiting for 2 months to be able to withdraw my profits on my 25k account. I had 1k profits unable to be withdrawn due to this 'migration.' A few days ago I received an email with my new login credentials to the new dashboard and a 50% discount, but nothing about my account which has 1k profits. I recently communicated with their customer support via email and they just told me:

"Kindly refer to the email regarding the migration, where your dashboard credentials were provided.

If you were offered a 50% discount, it indicates your account was originally purchased for DXtrade/TradeLocker.

In this case, to access your account, you must purchase an evaluation using the discounted offer, as your account was acquired under previous partners.

If your account was purchased for MetaQuote's or MantaTrade's MT4/5 platforms under FXCH/Manta, then it will be migrated accordingly."

So, my question would be WHEN ARE YOU GUYS GOING TO GIVE ME MY ACCOUNT 80894958 BACK? I purchased that account back in 2023 under FXCH MT4 platform (I am a Non-US customer). Then I asked for a change to MT5. After that, the account was disabled for months while they were transitioning, and THEY gave me a DXTrade account because they didn't offer MT5. Now they are saying I originally purchased a DXTrade account, which is FALSE. I have all the evidence and email communication that proves that I purchased this account with FXCH MT4 platform back on August 2023.

I WANT MY PROFITS WHICH I MADE FAIRLY WITH YOUR RULES, NOT A 50% DISCOUNT CODE.

Zero customer service

Zero customer service. Account migration is always the excuse to lie to their clients. Always delaying. Avoid them by all means. They are unreliable and have denied me access to my previous $200k account. Stay away from them.

Don't trust them!

On December 19th they announced that they would be switching to a new platform and clients who have active trading accounts will receive an email with instructions within 7 business days. It is now January 14th, almost a month has passed and I still have not received any instructions. They have rebranded but I think this company is not trustworthy!

Waiting for payout since May 2024

I have left numerous reviews and sent multiple emails regarding my payout of $861. Each time, you have made promises to process the payment. However, I have been waiting since April 2024, and now the live chat is giving me the following nonsense response...

"Currently, we are not accountable for sending previous payouts as that falls under the jurisdiction of ptt. We are unable to assume responsibility for this matter."

This payout has never been processed

I hope NOVA takes notice of this and takes action to resolve the issue. If they do, I will gladly remove my 1-star reviews. However, if no action is taken, I will continue posting reviews to warn others about my experience. My recommendation is to explore other prop firms and avoid NOVA.

Warning to Traders: Nova Funding/Nova Forex – A Breach of Trust and Unfulfilled Payments

Public Complaint – My Experience with Nova Funding / Nova Forex

My experience with the companies Nova Funding and, more recently, Nova Forex, has unfortunately been marked by a complete lack of professionalism, respect for clients, and adherence to agreed terms.

Since May 2024, I have been waiting for a payout of $2,100, a sum that was only approved in September 2024 but has never been transferred to my account. Today is January 10, 2025, and no resolution or additional contact has been made by the company, despite my numerous attempts to communicate.

Lack of Response and Transparency

During this period of nearly 9 months:
• The company’s responses were sporadic, contradictory, and often non-existent.
• Promises of resolution were not fulfilled, nor was any clear information provided about the reasons for the delay.
• The transition to the Nova Forex brand was used as an excuse to justify a lack of accountability, but it has not brought any improvement in services or communication.

Breach of Terms and Abusive Practices

These practices demonstrate a blatant disregard for the agreed Terms and Conditions and behavior I consider abusive and harmful to clients. Furthermore, the company appears to focus on attracting new clients through questionable marketing strategies, including positive promotion by interested partners, while completely neglecting its obligations to existing clients.

Warning to Current and Future Clients

Based on my experience:
• Nova Funding/Nova Forex is not a credible or trustworthy company.
• Any funds invested or profits promised may never be received, even if all rules and conditions are followed.
• The company exhibits a total lack of commitment to its clients, using deliberate delay tactics to avoid fulfilling owed payments.

I strongly recommend that you avoid these platforms at all costs, whether for participating in challenges or funded accounts. To date, my experience suggests an operation that is, at the very least, ethically questionable, and neither serious nor transparent.

Final Appeal

I will keep this complaint public until the payment of $2,100 is processed and the damages caused by this delay are compensated. However, given the time that has already passed and the absence of contact since the company’s vague last response, I have completely lost confidence that this situation will be resolved.

I hope this complaint serves as a warning to anyone considering using the services of these companies. Do not make the mistake of entrusting your money or trust to an entity that, in practice, fails to meet its obligations or respect its clients.

Nearly 2 weeks now

Today i received an email from nova, which i have pasted below:

We have completed the review of your recent payout request. After applying the consistency rule and performing the necessary calculations, we regret to inform you that your consistency deductions exceed the total profit amount. As a result, you are ineligible for the payout at this time.

Your current account will be available soon, so you can try again.

● Payout Request: 1st

Summary:
● Withdrawal Request Amount: $388,60
● 25% Daily Winning Trades Rule Threshold: $97,15
● Days Exceeding Threshold:

● Total Consistency Deductions: $11,859.38

These numbers are all incorrect, I requested a payout of 400, yet apparently i made trades exceeding 11k. The trades nova stated took place are fabricated, these trades did not take place, there was not a single trades that exceeded 295. I will post my mt5 screenshot tomorrow.

Nova has fabricated and made up trades to deny me a payout, absolute proof they are a scam. When i told customer service they completely ignored this and did not even request my mt5 screenshots, because they know they made this up.

Luckily im a commercial litigation solicitor and have given nova notice to remedy this before an issue claim from.

If there are other aggrieved individuals please reach out to me, so that we can corroborate and achieve justice.

Stick with Optimal traders guys. Customer support actually help and solve issues.

I want to clearly state that the scammers from Nova Funding tell me that they will not transfer my accounts because I bought them at the wrong time and where I should not have bought them on their website in September, October and other months. It's been more than a month and yet…

It's been more than a month and yet nova didn't imgrated my account which I buy in February under FXL broker partnership despite thier promises in telegram or Instagram they still didn't imgrated anyone from old platform dx trade which they abounded last month 26th they said it's gonna take 15 days and now it's a month and support don't help at all I'm mad they just wasted a month of my trading journey with em they don't know that I have rent and responsibility to manage and trading account I have with em is all I got they don't care at all they just dip out and start ignoring everyone especially support Paul And Pablo totally useless they don't even answer you

ASAP

Hello there,

I requested a withdrawal nearly two months ago,after migration.

Both got denied for a nonsense reason of ‘Trade present after payout requested’,
I reached the team and they fixed one of them to pending as they said you can continue trading or continue with the payout request because we denied as we were unsure what you want to do.

I told them to procced with the payouts: 80894165 and 80894166 for a total of 2.5k on each payout (1.25% profit).

Yet one is declined and one pending for nearly two months,I got debts and I have bank loans,i have to live somehow,Im just requesting to procced with my payouts ASAP as im very needy.If one of you was in my position in a third world country would understand and show empathy on my case.

2 months of waiting for each payout is terrible.
And now they email me : go to helpdesk@nova and the other go to help@nova

There are terms in the agreement which clearly tells who is responsible.

Im a client since fxch and yet only 3 withdrawals for one year due to your technical problems.

Please Someone take it in hand faster and procced with it.

Very Disappointed with new Nova Forex

I'm currently very disappointed with new Nova Forex. After seeing their promotion and the buzz about new platform, I purchased a challenge account and applied the FastTrack code on nova-forex.com.

My funded account had aroud 1% drawdown each day accumulating to 4% after five days, and they sent me a daily breach notification. I contacted their support team and they informed me it was a platform bug that they would resolve promptly. Now I'm in my fourth week of waiting, and when I ask for updates customer service just tells me to be patient.

I've requested either a new account or a refund, but now my emails are being ignored. I still don't think they are scammers as I’ve had positive experiences with them in the past.
If this gets resolved soon I will provide another update here.
Otherwise I'm seeking further assistance to recover my money from them.

I continue to receive the same response from Nova. Each time I contact support, they claim to have sent a reminder to the relevant department. This has been going on for over a month now.

At this point, I’m starting to believe I’ve been scammed.

With the assistance of someone knowledgeable in the law, we are in the process of reporting this to the CFTC.

I have compiled all the evidence, including my communications with their team, and will soon post some of it on other platforms.

Avoid this company if you value your money.

The absolute rule of consistency

The absolute rule of consistency. It's not that you can't have more than 25% per day from the total net, but you can't even have trades when you're in the red on that day, for example - $500 and you trade + $1499, then you're in the plus +$999, and if you ask for $4000, you're in consistency. But it's not like that. you will be able to count $1499 in profit on that day, otherwise you have violated the rule of consistency. Absolutely ridiculous. I had a good experience with this company, but this is a mockery of traders. Don't buy anything from them and let them go bankrupt

A single trading day or series of winning trades within a trading day should not contribute 25% or more to the total payout request. This ensures that profits are distributed evenly across trading days, promoting consistency and reducing reliance on a single high-performance day.

For example:
If you request a $1,000 payout, no single trading day should account for more than $250 of the total profit in your funded account at the time of the request. If a day’s profit exceeds this threshold, the excess amount will be deducted from your payout calculation.

How to Stay Within the Consistency Threshold:

Spread Profits Across Multiple Days: Aim to distribute profits more evenly, avoiding any single day contributing more than 25% of the total profit.
Monitor High-Performance Days: If you have a particularly profitable day, balance it with smaller gains on other days.
Review the Rules Regularly: Stay updated on the consistency rule to align your trading strategy accordingly.
We have simplified the consistency requirements, and lot size-related rules have been removed. The only consistency rule now is the one explained above.

Additionally, you are always free to continue trading and increase your profits until you meet the consistency rule. We recommend not requesting a payout until you are confident that you have met all the requirements. If you follow our rules, we will certainly process your payout.
