From here, we purchased a glass-top dining set for our breakfast nook. They provided outstanding pricing and advice. The delivery was made on time and on the day it was supposed to. The delivery team was very polite and careful to keep the area clean. We completed the assembly, and I phoned them when I ran into a tiny problem. They answered quickly, and it turned out that I had accidentally skipped a step during assembly; following that, everything was fine. Many thanks to Novabeds Furniture’s owner Abhishek and Taya as well as the full staff for this. We’ll undoubtedly return for more furnishings in the future.

When I initially walked into this Mississauga furniture store, I was stunned by the magnificent sofa. The delivery was thorough and on schedule, and they were incredibly helpful. Too little gratitude for you!

Excellent quality and comfort! I've had nothing but positive experiences with this mattress company. I was impressed from the time I placed my order until I fell asleep on the first night. The mattress is wonderfully cozy and strikes the ideal mix between firmness and softness. Additionally, they offer excellent customer care, guaranteeing a hassle-free shopping experience. Awful Experience. They did not deliver a bed I ordered. Over 3 weeks waiting from the date of ordering and still not able to confirm when they could send or deliver my kids bunkbed. The bed was supposedly "in stock" when I ordered it. My kids sleeping on the floor. I had to go and get another bed locally. What a joke for an online company. They did not refund my money. Over $700 owed to me and still waiting 2 months later. A bunch of sharks. Stay well away from them.

This company is a scam, i bought from them and received damage goods so i requested a refund and it took 4 weeks, many unanswered calls and emails, if you see good reviews they are all paid reviews don't waste your money save yourself the headach.

Furniture store with a good selection and variety. Didn't find anything after walking through half the store and ended up buying 3 beds and a coffee table after walking through the store !

I had a good experience purchasing sectional sofa at Novabeds furniture. Belain was very helpful and precise. She was patient with us and gave us good suggestions when we were making decision. Happy with the service and definitely come back in the future.

Not only did I get a great deal on an accent chair for my living room, but Jonnah assisted with delivery of my chair on the same day! Great selection of furniture, will be back.

Surprisingly fun! Been testing out a lot of hard couches. Found a few modern & comfy pieces here. Great customer service.

Pretty much the same problem as everyone else, product is stated as in stock, it never arrives and when you ask about it they spin you a yard of shipping delays and extended wait times, but unless you ask they will never reach out to you or correct there disgustingly pathetic service and complete failure to follow through, not good or honest business people at all.

Best company all over GTA . they work very hard to deliver . have wait a little while for bed but quality and price is better than any companies. Highly Recommend .

You MUST visit here before buying any furniture in Mississauga . Very friendly and sincere staff. Novabeds is definitely going to be my go to place henceforth for furniture and home furnishings.

We purchased a dining table and chairs from NovaBeds a couple of months ago. The quality and customer service were exceptional. We were so happy with them that we recently purchased a bedroom set!

If i could give them negative stars i would. 1 is being extremely kind. They are the worst company i have every dealt with. Ordered a bed July 17 and have had nothing but excuse after excuse when i am FINALLY able to get into contact with them. Tried for a refund and they wouldnt answer me, once they finally did they asked me to wait another week to find where the bed was. They were constantly blamming the shipping company for no updates. I was able to get tracking and contact the shipping company myself and they were trying to get a hold of Novabeds to pick up the shipment. I have had to track this bunk bed down from all over Canada without their help. I will be contacting my credit card company for a refund due to this company constantly avoiding me. I have contacted them on many many occasions and they avoid me. THEY ARE A SCAM. Do not order from them.

Same story as others. Order a bed for my children in July it is now September and they haven’t fulfilled my order. I have spent two months trying to get them to fix this order. No response from customer service. All of their Facebook reviews are fake. Do not trust, I’m so disappointed as they call themselves a family company, but they don’t care about family. These people are the worst.

Shipped me an invomplete bed and never made up for it. Every communication channel was ignored.

Ordered a bed June 26 . Waited a month and didn’t receive it . When tried to contact them , they said it’s out of stock. When tried to get refund. They use the same excuse “ accounting department is backed up “
They have only one generic email address to reach out to regarding your purchase and we have emailed that address over 3 times . No response what so ever . Scam ! Scam ! Scam! . Stay away .
