Wonderful!
A beautiful orchid delivered very well-packaged, just two days before Christmas. Hid the box in a cupboard until gifting it on the 25th, and on opening it looked fantastic, and the recipient was most impressed. Two months later it is thriving, and has not dropped a single bloom. Needless to say, it really ties the room together 10/10.

Sorted out a problem swiftly and politely.
Unfortunately your courier let you down,several of my replacement flowers were delivered broken and damaged due to the treatment of the courier, even the support stick was snapped!
I realise this isn't your fault, but perhaps a choice of courier would be good.
