First time customer to Nova Blooms.... decided to give them a try because they had the most unusual and wide choice of Orchid plants. And very competitively priced compared to usual flower delivery options. Was delighted I did! Easy to order online. Good communication regarding the delivery. Have been ordering from nova blooms for over a year now. Flowers have always been good quality. This time round, the orchids that turned up withered within 3 days despite providing water and plant food as per usual practice. Hopefully this is a one off but just a tad disappointing.

Red Asian Short Lived
I bought a beautiful Red Asian orchid from Novablooms in January for my birthday. This is the second orchid I have bought from here. The first one, bought a year ago, is going strong but my Red Asian has suddenly died. I am extremely disappointed because it looked so lovely when it arrived. Having been contacted by customer services this has been resolved and I have a lovely replacement plant. Thanks novabloom.

Easy ordering online. The link to check for updates was not informative.
By the time the item was out for delivery, the link for that was superinformative, allowed us to know which 2 hour window to expect the delivery and how many stops before it arrived.
Quality was great. Beautiful healthy plant delivered intact with many bulbs still remaining to open.
