They didn't accep my driving license, They said the system doesn't accept it, although I rented a car from another office without any problems.

I was very happy with the service, very friendly and easy to book. I was very impressed with everything nice and smooth. The car was comfortable. The staff was very helpful with everything. Baha was friendly and helped me with getting my car and friendly.

In addition to the sales they make over the Internet, they victimize you by cornering you with extra fees, and they don't cancel. If you value the money you earn, stay away from novacar

I did not have my ID with me when I rented the car, so the transaction was made with my passport, but the visa sections/entry and exit permits of my passport were examined many times. The visas in my passport do not concern this institution, when I asked why they did the transaction, they hurriedly closed the pages and then started to examine again. Apart from this, I was forced to buy a mega package regarding the insurance package, they said that otherwise they would not give me the vehicle. I am researching my rights in this regard.

I am very pleased with the service, Baha and Serkan were very helpful, I highly recommend this company.

Everything was fine until i retuned the car, inspector found the tinniest scratch in the plastic cover of the wheel and threatened to charge me. I didn’t appreciate his attitude.

I happened to be in an accident of the car rental service. That was the first time in my whole life (hope the last time too). As you might imagine it was very stressful. After everything turned out to be ok, they called me back, telling my insurance will work out the case. They kindly suggested multiple ways of letting me continue my car rent as there were 1 more week paid. It was quite nice to hear that they are not angry on me
