The first thing that caught my attention was the personalised aspect of it. I'm also pretty conscious about what I put into my body, so I liked how Novadose breaks down each component of their products and show the benefits and the sources of all their ingredients.
After using their product for a few weeks, I've definitely noticed a difference in my energy (helpful as a new mum!)
I was also looking for a product containing ashwagandha and ginseng as I've heard a lot about their benefits, and tbh I think it's helped me reduce my stress as I just feel a lot calmer generally 😅
