Totally a scam!
It's not about the money, these people are very sneaky, covering behind the current situation and transportation delays!
I have emailed to cancel the order since it hasn't been shipped and they refused to do it, saying 'our process entails that once you receive the item you can send it back and have the refund' - but what the awful and fake policy is this? An item that hasn't been sent yet, you really want me to believe that I will receive my refund when? August?
I have also asked to escalate to a higher manager but the unhelpful customer rep responds like a robot with standards answers ignoring my requests of escalation and help. The postal police will not help, I will advise everyone to contact the Onbudsman! They surely will make this company close down and stop fooling honest people.

I ordered two 0,8mu masks and they arrived. I see some horrible reviews here on the company. The customer service reps were always very pleasant and helpful. This is NOT a fake tracking system. My goods arrived as promised. I can not substantiate these reviews on the company. We are in Germany, and we are just entering the crisis (April 2020), so my wife and I are very happy to get these masks. I reacted many weeks ago and ordered our "survival" kits, which included masks, disinfectant and many more items. In fact, So NO, this is not a scam as far as I am concerned.

They have refunded the masks. After two months, but they have refunded me.

Useless company. Have been waiting weeks.When I contact them all I get is a very polite but totally unhelpful answer. I believe this is a scam so avoid at all costs.

I ordered two wifi boosters in the middle of February following an advertisement in you tube. Still not even a tracking number. They answered me twice apologizing but still not even a tracking number. I think it's a fraud. I will try to contact You tube and inform them that with accepting such adverts they support a fraud.

Order for an oxypro mask placed start of Feb. 2 months. I was given a phony parcel tracker. Then many moons later received an unnamed parcel. The mask is a laughable air light brittle sponge mask that has been proven to have no effect in protecting against contamination. Such an insult to customers belief especially considering these scammers taking advantage of the trust consumers are placing on ecommerce and their illegal claims to protect against the virus.

Shame on you Novads!! Regulators have already blocked their scam campaigns rightfully so. However this company should be made illegal to operate and face justice for scamming so brazenly....

This might be a good product but it's not being promoted by a legitimate business. I made contact to inquire what currency I was going to be charged in and how many times the mask can be washed before I make my decision. Some clown called Steve....yes this is his full signature...all five characters of his alleged name. He wanted my order #. I clearly stated that I needed this info before I ordered anything. I didn't know I was going to be in a Fats Blue and Grover skit. I messaged twice and no response. Hold on to your money folks. This could turn out ugly. So many horrendous reviews. You know what they say, "Where there is smoke, there is a fire". Thank you Steve for sounding the Alarm. Maybe it was you that Nicky Minaj was warning us about. All jokes aside, stay away from this company.

This is not a company but a sleek fraud. Do not buy anything from them. I have paid for three masks and did not get any more than a month later. They keep on sending reassuring messages, but the site which they provide for tracking the order does not recognise their tracking number.

Having finally received Novads Ultraboost WiFi extender, after a month and a half, and being unable to return it for a refund - due to their incompetence, I tried using it and it is APPAULING it can barely extend the WiFi signal into the next room! DO NOT BUY THESE WIFI EXTENDERS THEY ARE USELESS!! I wish nothing but illwill and failure upon this company.

This company cheats its customers and is a complete scam. They take payment and orders for goods they do not have and when the goods do not arrive simply repeat that they are being processed. If you try to cancel the order they say you must wait until you received the goods then you have to refuse them and then return them to get the refund. But if the goods never arrive you are left in limbo with no goods and no refund. I have complained many times to them and their routine set answers by several names on the emails do not answer questions and may very well be one person using different names to answer. A TOTAL DISGRACE THAT SHOULD BE INVESTIGATED BY THE POLICE AND FRAUD OFFICE.

Bought face masks from this firm on 10/9 2020 and have not received any confirmation of the sale. Based on all the bad reviews and the citing of UK for their highly objectionable ads, I believe the company is a fraud and I wasted my money. This company sells other products and a majority of customes are totally dissatisfied. Stay far away form doing business with this scam firm.Their customer servcie e mail does not work.

I ordered 2 masks from this company for £35 each...this was 10/3/20...I emailed them twice as to their whereabouts and to be fair they replied both times...the masks arrived today ...
If they cost £5 between them that would be generous .. nothing Like their picture or description.
So customer service was fine ..product not so....

Profiteering, a perfect example.
They have been telling me for over three weeks the order has been processed, await despatch number.

They obviously have no stock. I have requested my funds be returned over 12 times now and just keep getting the same email back.

Total and utter scammers, profiteers endangering peoples lives.

like the other customer waiting for his wifi booster since the 22nd Feb,

There should be the option of NO stars. This company is à total SCAM, I ordered 4 masks from them 13th February, I'm still waiting. They don't respond to emails and from what I've read on here I wont get what I ordered. BUYER BEWARE DONT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!

I ordered OxyBreath Pro face mask, it said

Order on 8 Feb and today already 10 March, it took me more then a month still no news. Provided tracking number and it shown the following message:

I ordered over month ago. They took my money. Got emails saying my order is processed, but that's it.
I say don't order from this company.
They will take your money and you get nothing in return.
The way I see it, there is nothing being shipped out of China right now, and will not be for the next 6-8 months.
Don't waste your time or money
I ordered a drone for my grandson, by the time it comes, if it does, he will be able to give it to his son.

Do not use this company. It is a scam.

They take your money then do not deliver. Will not cancel the order. At best unprofessional. Most likely scam. Avoid like the plague.
