I have ordered an Apple watch band from novagear.com. The listing had a nice picture (which they drop-shopped from nomadgoods.com I guess) and the price had was $59 which is approximately $20 lesser than nomadgoods.com. The product that I had received was shipped from China. It was a counterfeit product which costs $12 on Amazon and it came damaged on arrival and the color was completely off from what I had ordered.

I tried to reach the support and they accepted that the product would have damaged during shipping and they offered me 20% refund. I did push it back for a full refund as I don't want to keep the damaged product. But they did increase the refund to 50%. They were somehow trying to sell the counterfeit and damaged product to me and I didn't yield for it.

After realizing that they won't refund me and take the returns, I did end up in opening a dispute with my credit card company. Now they had deleted all of the drop-shopped listings from their page.

And they also have a backup site gearinfinity.com on which still they sell the counterfeit products of nomad bands and they have priced it too high for a counterfeit, but this time they did remove the nomad logo from the bands, however they still have the same images from nomadgoods.com minus the logos on the bands.

Beware all of you.

I ordered an Apple Watch band from Novagear.com in the color listed as “glow icy blue.” The item shipped from China, and when it arrived, the color looked more like mint green. In addition, the clasps on the band didn’t function properly, and I found it impossible to install on my Apple Watch without using tools.

I contacted customer support to request a return, but after many emails, they declined my request, stating that they are a “pre-order store” and “do not accept returns.” They also insisted that they had sent the correct band and even provided me a photo of a band with Nomad’s branding—despite the fact that I had purchased from Novagear.

After spending over two weeks trying to resolve the issue, I eventually opened a dispute with my credit card company.

Buyer beware—this was my experience, and I genuinely hope no one else has to deal with what I did.

It looks sleek, feels great, and clearly balances style with function. Delivery was quick and their support team answered my sizing question super fast. If you want gear that's both practical and stylish, this is a solid pick.

My old band was falling apart, this one's a total upgrade. Functional and stylish, just like they claim.

The watch band I ordered is super comfy and actually looks premium. love when function meets style. Will definitely check out the other tech gear they've got!
