When we entered our second lesson
When we entered our second lesson, he kicked us out of the class even though we had entered 15 minutes ago and we could not attend the lesson at all. There was no join button and although we contacted no one resolved the issue.

I couldn’t use the app for our group…
I couldn’t use the app for our group speaking class although we can use it for one-to-one sessions. The app kept directing me to the website but the layout of the page on the website was different and smaller, so we didn’t enjoy it.

Our lessons are going well
Our lessons are going well, we are happy with our teacher, but I think there are some problems in the application, for example, we cannot connect to the lessons from the application, we have to enter from the browser or we cannot open the materials in the application while repeating the lessons.

Pros and cons
Planning easily lessons and attending classes anywhere are the best ways of Novakid. We preferred premium courses and got very satisfied lessons with teacher. Reason for the decrease stars from five to four is materials are not various enough. Similar songs and concepts might be the reason not to continue classes

The Novadis classes are great
The Novadis classes are great, and the teachers are good, but it seems like the lessons are designed based on age rather than language proficiency. Since each child’s language level is different, I think it would be better if the lessons were chosen according to their proficiency level.

I wrote to Novakid's WhatsApp line to…
I wrote to Novakid's WhatsApp line to cancel my membership before 14 days and get a refund. However, 3 business days have passed since my application and the refund has not been made yet. It was said that the cancellation will be made on August 10. In the e-mail sent yesterday, it was stated that it was processed on August 13 and the refund will be made within 3-5 business days. No invoice was given for the purchase. The refund has not been made yet.
I request that the refund be made immediately.

We can confirm that your refund has already been processed ✅ If you have not yet received it, we recommend waiting a little longer as the time it takes can vary depending on your bank.
Our manager will send you a confirmation receipt of the transaction today. The refund process involves coordination across several departments, which can make it more complex. As we inform our clients, the refund process can take up to 14 days.
