After waiting nearly 1 month for my item it finally arrived. Wasn’t sure if it was the stunning lightweight cotton jumper I ordered for £54 or a chamois leather to clean my windows. Rest assured it will be used for the latter. Jesus! When will we learn. Avoid this site at any cost🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

This company is a disgrace
The goods arrived after three weeks waiting
I was paid sixty five pounds for a rag of a blouse which was four sizes too small and I had ordered the correct size
The blouse was also very shoddy and of an inferior standard
I wasted a great deal of time trying to get a refund

Eventually I was told that if I returned the blouse for a refund I must pay £26 postage up front to Novant
I was also informed that their policy is to refund only 10% of the purchase price
Do not trust these people
They are gangsters
Do not buy from them

This is a scam. We got caught because we didn’t check reviews. Product received was complete rubbish and yet we paid over$100 for it. The coat bore no relation to the high-end coats in photos on web site. Was more like something you might buy for a few dollars in an Asian market. Products come from China, not France.

Almost impossible to get a refund despite emailing the company three times.

My item never arrived despite paying extra for shipping assurance. Four times I reached out to their carrier verifying they correct address - which they had - and each time they said it was "undeliverable." This is fraud.

This company is a SCAM. Believe these reviews. I purchased a XL jacket, it was too small, after contacting them they offered a “courtesy replacement” in a 2XL that I had to pay shipping for. The replacement 2XL jacket was SMALLER than the XL. I sent photos, they actually admitted that the jacket may be mislabeled, I sent multiple emails but they offered to do NOTHING else to rectify the issue, I was stuck with 2 jackets that did not fit. Luckily, I reached out to my credit card company, sent them all the info, they opened an investigation and reversed both charges. If you get scammed by this company, reach out to your credit card company and see if they will reverse the charges. I had documentation from Novant refusing to help, and photos of the sizing issue, they reversed both charges within 24 hours.

I would give this company, Novant, less than one star if I could! They are a scam! They make you believe that they are an European fashion company but they are actually a Chinese company that make cheap knockoffs of pictures of beautiful women’s clothes. Unfortunately, I didn’t read the reviews before. They claim to have beautiful European styles, and the photos confirm this, but what you receive is not at all like the photos. I ordered a satin blouse with a draped cowl neckline for $60.00. What I received was a cheaply crafted knockoff made of very cheap shiny fabric, the neckline was horrible, I wouldn’t wear this ill fitting blouse! The blouse had on label & no tags. When I tried to return it they told me I would have to pay the return fees which”are very expensive so, to save me time, & more expenses, there will refund me 10% of the cost of the item & I can just keep the blouse”! Basically, they have no return policy & they are offering me $6! I have emails to & from this company documenting my experiences with them starting from Feb.2 until the present.

This is a "legal" scam.

I ordered a women's leather coat in size L. It arrived from some random factory in china with no labels on it or anything and it was extremely poor quality (nothing like the pictures online). It was also clearly the wrong size as it fit me and I'm a 6'1" male who weighs 100kg (hardly a female size L). I contacted the support email address who said they needed pictures (for no obvious reason) which I provided. They then took 22 days of constant chasing from me to just double down and say it was the correct size when clearly it wasn't. They then offered me to pay for the shipment which was £50 to have it exchanged but seeing as that's insanely expensive and it was clearly their fault I wanted to just get a refund. They then emailed two days later to say it was now outside of their 30 day returns policy, despite the fact the only reason that was the case was because they took forever to respond to my emails.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE

If I could leave a no star Review I would! The dress arrived- it was nothing like the photo of the one I thought I was purchasing. Beware They make returns VERY difficult.I may have to go to my bank for a refund! Don’t touch this company with a 12 ft barge pole!

The sweater I received was very different from the product shown on the website in terms of material and overall quality. It does not match the photos or description and does not justify the price charged.
When I contacted customer service, I was offered only a partial refund or asked to return the item to China at my own expense. The return costs and risks are significant compared to the item value, making a full refund unrealistic.
When a product does not match what was advertised, these costs should not fall on the customer. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this company.

I brought a jacket from them it said they are based in Amsterdam I emailed them to return the jacket but they kept trying to offer me a percentage off and to keep the jacket but the jacket was no good it was small and nothing like the one I ordered so after weeks of trying to get a return address they finally sent me one and it was china. It cost me £23.50 to return the jacket. I sent the item back 07/01/2026 it is now 20/02/2026 and I still have not received a refund. Avoid this company they need reporting! Just checking in it's 6 may 2026 and I still haven't received my refund will update if I do ever receive it!

Absolutely shocking service bought a coat that when arrived looked more like a 50 year old blanket was no resemblance to picture do not buy anything from this company they are fraudsters

they sent wrong size, wrong color and garment did not have label sewn or attached to item which is a violation of US Customs. Customer service is worst I have ever dealt with. Even though company is in Amsterdam, they wanted me to return the item to an address in China. They sell knock-off merchandise of very low quality

The shits I ordered were advertised as washed effect and shirts are not as described and a cheap poly fabric
Also, colors not as picture...total false advertising. Also, no label.

Don’t buy anything from them. They pretend they are from France - the merchandise ships from China - a lie. They say you can cancel the order - your email request for cancellation done within 4 hours limit after order placement will be completely ignored and they will give you shipping notice - another lie. They put a completely incorrect TrustPilot rating of almost 5 star - illegal and another lie.

You file a dispute with your credit card company. Write a strong email to Novant. You will get your money back. But act quickly.

Item received didn't look at all like the picture.
Printed cheap fabric - didn't match description.
Now trying to get a refund, but returns process is not simple and Novant dont want to take any responsibility. So far offered 30% refund to keep the item instead of returning - which is to China not Netherlands as I was led to believe

Worst product experience ever! DON'T!

Fake drop-shipping company using AI generated images to sell the idea of a real store. Same stuff is sold on Temu

Awful the coat received looked nothing like the coat pictured too small very thin cheap cheap cheap yet cost me £76.00. Contacted seller 5 times no response very dissatisfied yet website states happy for refunds to be made within 30 days but will not tell me where to return contacting my bank to help as I am totally appaulled do not trust this supplier

I agree with all the other bad reviews.
The product quality is very poor, the sizing is totally inaccurate (compared with Australian & Euro standards), way too large. The jacket I ordered had no lining or pockets, inside or out. The company is misleading when implying its source. Novant will do anything they can to prevent returns or refund returned items.
All in all, a company to avoid like the plague. Be warned!

I would have chosen zero as I have a £68 cardigan that doesn’t fit and they promised a free replacement with no return of original product and now they won’t answer my emails. Been trying over 4 weeks to get sorted. DO NOT GO NEAR THEM
